It all comes down to what you want the car for, if your happy with around 200rwkw and the only thing your going to do is a quick run from the lights now and then the setup you have with the pfc and 34 smic is fine, but if your planning track days or prolonged thrashing then a fmic is a must, and if your in vic then a return flow fmic is recommended.
With that said though at 200rwkw you have reached the limit of you smic, injectors, afm, fuel pump and ecu so a bigger turbo will require an update of these parts as well.
Personally i would go the ecu, drive it around till the bug bites for more power then update in this order:
1) fmic
2) fuel pump
3) afm
4) injectors
5) turbo
