As of 6 months ago (when i got my last fine) the points dont come off till 3 or 4 months after the offence or you pay the fine, which ever comes first. Still looking into the back dating thing, i got a fine whilst on my 1 point probation for losing all my points, hasnt been signed over to me yet but i am off the probation, gotta figure out if i need to sign it over to some one else or just keep it.

Thats just after i turn the ignition on before i start it, trying to gauge how much volts have been lost over the night/day. Once started it is still showing 14-14.5v

So far you are correct, after using the 12amp charger (manafacturer only reccomends 10amp) put it back in on sunday, was at 12.7v when i put it back in, after running around on sunday according to the hand controller it had dropped to 12.3v, on every start since monday morning it is showing 11.8-9, have noticed that how quick it turns over has dropped a bit since sunday, although there is a .5-.7 drop in volts since then, with any luck it will stay where it is and all will be good.

I will have to download it now, i was actually watching the new series of the REAL one at the time.

And you also only have two freeways, last time i went over there i got a hire car (went over for a mates wedding so didnt want to rely on him for lifts everywhere) 15-20 mins from the airport and i was in the outer suburbs sotr. Maybe try a shuttle bus from the air port, if you can get it one way it will atleast save you half the cost, or maybe see if he will meet you halfway, say werribee or hoppers crossing, another option is a hire car, get a cheap one for $35-40 for the day, come over in the morning have a look at the car and maybe go see somethings around melbourne before flying out later that night.

And now you have no need to do that, the by pass saves a shyte load of time, especially in peak hours.

As said above ebay dont do shit, even pay pal is limited, if you transfer the money to there account and they pull it straight out and never see you item you dont get your money till they actually have money in that account, which of course will be never. A bank statement will prove the transaction existed.

Would have been good to have known this at the time, at the time in my mind the lack of a response was the same as saying "i dont care, f**k off" As for me getting shitty i think you actually need to look in the mirror, i know that it was all my decision whether i transferred the money or not, i also know what the end result could have been before i deposited the money (much like the 3 or 4 other people in the same thread that got ripped off) in the end it all went to shit, many times before that i have had successfull transactions (that one being the only bad one) and have had many transactions since and will have many more in the future, maybe i am stupid or an idiot (or any other name you wish to call to make you feel better) but at the end of the day my post was purely answering a question "would do the mods do when someone gets ripped off" i can only comment from my experience, who knows, maybe you just didnt get my pm's, maybe you were on holiday, maybe you have helped 3,000,000 ppl before me and just as many after, but at the end of the day that was my experience, good bad or in different, i have long since written it off, does it still leave a bad taste in my mouth, yes, but not towards you.

WOW, amazing how the many pm's i sent you after you locked the thread were never replied to but now you say that you help, and if i go to the cops what details do i give them to contact you, do i tell them to pm you on the forums, thats all options i had since you never replied to any of my pm's, you call that help?? And is the known bad traders thread also a form of help, because the guy that ripped me off still has not been added, not to mention a few others that have happened of late. As with most people we know the risk when i transfer money, thats not the issue here, the issue is that you say you help when clearly in my case you ignored every attempt i made to make contact with you, if thats what you consider help then you should be working at an isp help desk.

From my experience sau mods will not do shit, they also will not give you stuff like his ip address, unless you get the cops to contact them then nothing will be done.

Would also be helpfull if the mods would pull there finger out of there arse and update the known bad traders list like they say they will, i know i reported one personally at the start of last year, have seen a few since but the list has not been update for over 2 years.

Just thought i would update, today the power fc hand controller was showing 10.8 volts before trying to start it, had to jump start it again, finally got around to borrowing a mates charger which is 12amps (biggest i could get my hands on), i tested the battery with a multi meter before charging, it showed up as 11.5volts, so 0.7 volt difference from the power fc, also when i hooked up the charger it is showing it as 75% charged. Will leave it on charge overnight and see how it goes in the morning, with any luck this will solve the problem as some have suggested but i doubt it.
