Hi, Was at the lights the other day and put the clutch in to select 1st and heard/felt a clunk... then when i let the clutch out to move forward i noticed a whizzy sound which went away after the clutch was all the way out... Sounds like something spinning around where the clutch is The clutch wasnt slipping at all before this and it sorta just happen all of a sudden Anyway would it be a good idea to drive the car to the mechanic or get it towed ?? Does anyone know what this sounds like ?? Any advice would be great !! Regards, Max

Its mechanical, there isnt a sender, you might be looking for an electrical oil pressure guage. Max

Hi, Just wondering if anyone can help. Very rarely my gtr will throw the 4wd light up after loosing traction or chirping a gear, the torque meter goes to like 10 and stays there for about 40 secs then slowly makes it way down to zero and the 4wd light stays on. Turn the car off and on and its fine again. So 99% of the time it works good and then yea it freaks out, can be thrashing it all day without a problem and other days it will just do it out of the blue ... Anyway so if anyone has had the same or similar problem let me know what they had found ... would be kewl Max

Ive been using vortex98 in my 32 gtr since it come to the servo down the road which was when it 1st come out and i noticed alot compared to the others and bp ultimate which was what i was using... It would idle heaps nicer with the vortex98 over any of the other fuels and thats what kinda sold me cause i noticed it straight away, was like it cleaned out the crap that was in the lines or filter ?? i dunno ... and it seem to rev nice all the way up to redline-ish Whereas the shell 100 was pretty dogey i thought, rev'd a bit yuk, like it wouldnt be smooth at all and didnt like to be above 7 grand ... i might try it again sometime but i been using the vortex98 for like 5 months and i think its the best out of the lot anyway.

Cool, going to line up a guage and a pillar mount jobby and have it all nice and snazzy ... hopefully its the guage !! hehe drives hard tho but i guess its better to test it then to have to rebuild Thanks for all the replies =)
