  1. Yea probably we should just clean it up and put the whole info needed on a spreadsheet. That wil clear up a lot of the posts. cheers, Yudy
  2. Hi Gw, So what your are saying is im able to use the R33gtrs rear lines to be used on the rears of the 260rs with minor modification to the brackets and using the existing mounting hole? If so i can live with that!! . If you dont mind, can you post up some pics please?! thanks pal. BTW did you change your clutch lines to the braided ones as well? cheers, Yudy
  3. About brake lines for 260rs.All i can make out is 260rs front brake lines are the same as the r33gtr front lines. As stated by a fellow member (cruisin fast). THe said something about the rears have a different connectors to it. Bu cruisinfast didnt leave any specifics on it. Sooo. Are the rear lines the same as the RS4s? or wat else? I know the pads are the same as the r33 gtrs.
  4. Hei guys, just wondering anybody interested in the braided brake lines ADR approved from HEL. They did a GB on the GB sections. I was offered a very good price from Phil himself. Stagea Autech

Shouldnt be. You can take a look at the engine compartment and look at the nuts and bolts wheter they have been opened before. As for the injectors and the fuel system all is standard. If i remembered correctly the injecors are running close to max. Here is the thing. For my rig parts that i ave changed for increase peformance. Drop in replacement k&n filter, cam gears in/out, 3" exhaust system, power Fc and that was it. I got 236kw @all wheels. I was running mobil fuel when tuned. Everything else is standard, fuel system, engine, boost controller, clutch.

  8. You got yourself a good buy i think. It looks very clean. And its a good buy!!
  9. Is your car manual or auto? and is it an S1 or S2?. the info i provide is only a guide line. like what other member stated only autech have a reinforcement brace in the middle. You also forgot to mention does your car have the bodykit? post up some pics. im just trying goign tohrough the process of elimination. Heres a pic of my 260Rs. its not a very good shot though.
  10. First of all, give us more details as possible. 1. Where did you buy it from? 2. How much you paid for it? Here gpes abput 260Rs. 1. Does it have 17" BBs wheels silver color on it? 2, Does it have brembo brakes on it? 3. 260Rs are only avail in manual. 4. Check on the rear of the boot. Drivers side. theres shuld be a panel that you can pop, open it up and see wheter theres a little bottle containing ATF? only 260rs have this. All 260rs plate stated its RB25 engine in it. Autech bought the chasis from Nissan off the assembling line without the engine and they whack on the rb26 engine in it. If you answered yes on question 2,3 and 4. It is a 260rs. Unless theres some guy craxy enough to imitate 260rs that close. Hope this help. My 2C worth. yudy

  14. ok cool Nick. I think from other thread its says stageas rs4s fronts are GTRs lines and the rears are GTST or soemthing. Will you guys be doing a clutch lines as well? . Good to see a senior member still around nick
  15. Do you still have the front undertray? rear door trims? and the seat belt that you buckle into rear. the one with the red button.
  16. Arent the lines are the same with the R33s? I was being told that for mine (260rs) they are the same as the R33GTRs. and the clutch lines too. Im interested in one if the price is right.
  17. Hei Cheef, actually in terms of handling it boils down to suspension. First is th shock absober and springs. I will choose the Blistein with eibach springs. I kno i know. Ive got a TEIN. But i think Blisteing is worth it. Cos i have a 100 series cruiser and i put on the blistein shockies and man the difference it made to the car. Secpmd are the Swaybars to keep the bodyroll in check. Third. Good alignemnt. I think SK recommended a "all round" setting on the suspension thread. And this is a few years amd the recommendations are still there i think. As for sturt brace i dont know cos i havent tried it for myself. So i cant tell you there. Last but not least tyres. And i think its also a matter of preference. Dont go for the cheap chinese or taiwanese tyres. They allrite for normall cars but i dont think it pars uip with high performance. For me personally Goodyear GSD3. The lowest i go is the Maxxiss MAZ1. Sumitomo is also good and i think the model is HTC2 if i remember correctly. Hopes this helps. Its my 2C worth. Cheers, Yudy

    Rs260 Rims

Actually. you only need a set of 17" rims right? Doesnt need to be the original autech. As long its the same size as the original specs for the 260rs its useable for the compliance. Soz i just taught of it. hope this will help.
