  6. your probably going to have to pony up for a new one, bought mine new from nissan 110$, took a while to get in.
  7. Just realised I wont be able to make it friday.
  8. Short answer I would say is no. Seriously just get it tuned/done here. If you really really wanted work done overseas, maybe you could get the engine taken out and shipped over there, work done and then shipped back, but why bother. There are plenty of shops in australia.
  9. Would be good to get a lot of local enthusiasts involved in this, would show them we aren't all hoons, it supports a good cause, and if it's big enough it also puts us in a good light.
  10. Anything happening this friday? my car needs some cobwebs blown out of it, that's if it starts
  11. Hmm suppose I can check this as well, and pardon my ignorance, but I thought if something like that would happen the noise would be constant?
  12. still got the abs unit? If so able to tell me what year car it came out of? Was it a GTR? Also any idea if it was leaking etc when taken out? Willing to ship to interstate buyer?
  13. Well the 32 attessa system is different to the 33, my problem only happens when significant torque goes to the front wheels, ie medium to hard acceleration, and it literally feels like something is going to rip up the gearbox or go at any moment, it's a repetitive sound as well. I think I have the tools for this but would be interested to hear from anyone with a 32 who has done this.
  14. Do the bolts need to be torqued to a particular setting? And what would be a good spot to put the chassis stands?
  15. Everyone has there ups and downs, ive heard people bad mouth Ed, but so far my cars fine, He helped to fix my ECU problem, 1 Year of periodic misses, turned out to be due to the wrong top board being installed on my ecu, (VIPEC with a Link Topboard). Got it replaced free of charge at the installers (wasn't their fault but VIPEC) No one else managed to find that out. Very happy to have a car almost back to normal.
  16. current fav pic some nice cars here

  20. bloody good video
  21. thanks Will see if I can manage that myself when I get back, but I would of thought I'd have to cover up the holes if I was to take it out onto the road without a front driveshaft. (let me know if it's a stupid query as I haven't tried taking one out before) Not exactly to confident on jacking the car onto 4 jack stands and then running it up to see how it goes. Sound dangerous to me.
  22. Come on we should be able to get at least ten people in on this. At this stage ill be running mine in rwd, as something in the 4wd something has shat itself.
