Good upgrade, have had them on mine for over a year now, I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have to shave the 4mm from the the caliper. But you will have to butcher the dust/heat sheild thingy.

Yeah pretty much, you can use a Tom Tom iPhone adapter for a better GPS lock if you wanna get serious but I would just just buy a proper timer if you were gonna do that. Edit: there's a lot trees at marulan which dosent help with the GPS

It's not too bad, sometimes drops out randomly but all in all not bad. At wakie I was getting within 1/4-1/2 a second of official timers (Dorians etc) so for free it pretty good. At least gives you an idea on wether you are improving

I agree with GTScotT sarge, take JEZ up on the offer dude. I challenge you to find another tuner who will put your car on the rollers for free. I have yet to find anyone that puts the extra free time and effort in like JEZ does He actually cares about how a cars running when it leaves his shop.

Sound familiar Sarge, I was having similar issues with my hks pro s in my 33 random pinging that would come and go. Made it really hard to explain it to JEZ cause I would try and replicate it for him then it wouldn't ping. Poor bugger chucked it on the dyno, had a play, all good. 3 days later it would ping randomly again. Ended up driving around for months on low boost cause I just didn't trust the knock sensors any more. The WMI has definately gotten rid of any knock, but took a lot of stuffing around by Jez to sort out. Does your head in aye!

Hey David, Yeah is now running water/meth injection. I am still trying to figure out usage but have worked out that when on boost it is LOTS. That's about as accurate as I can get at the moment lol See ya Saturday

The pro s still has plenty of low down poke. Mine is happily making 200kw at 4k and is @20psi by around 3250rpm. For some reason it is appearing to nose over a bit up top (277kw on 98, will find out later what it can do on meth) We did have a bit of a knock problem which the meth has totally eliminated so I am making progress. I am hoping we can utilize the meth the lean it out a bit, play with the timing and hopefully the numbers will start to climb. I know the potential is there, look at Hamish's e85 numbers, and our setup is very similar. We do have our suspicions that the engine is getting a little tired so will do a comp test. We will work it out

Well the meth injection is finally installed after months and months. Was hoping to join the club but might fall a little short of 300 Looks like the old 2835 pro s is maxing out and we have had to tune to fight off knock rather than outright power. Back up to JEZ tonight to finish the tune and try a couple of things (cam gear adjustment, adjust afr etc) You never know, I may get there buy I am a little doubtful.

Big thumbs up for Pete for showing me what my car can do with a capable driver behind the wheel (diff wrecker!!!!!!....lol) I would love to see some pics of the flames out of my exhaust if anybody has one hahahaha
