Was somewhere between $8-900, give them a call and ask. Pretty sure it's not daughter board setup as I provided them with a stock ecu that had a cradle soldered in and as far as I'm aware they tuned it then burnt a chip to go in the cradle.
  3. I gave the inspector my permits that came with the car so he had no issues with the full exhaust, bov, fmic, pod, suspension etc. I would imagine without the permits I would have needed to put it all back to stock.. so they are good for something, I'm just thankful the car came with the permits and I don't have to go through the distress of getting them myself!

    Hyperdrive did my remap.
  6. Yeah it's not as scary as some make it out to be, the guys at Midland are pretty cool and one of the guys likes skylines
  7. Stock cars are fine mate.. or so Brad reckons a few posts back I'll be there for sure! engine is running again and sticker is off so I'm keen to get back out on another cruise
  8. Yeah it's not exactly straight forward Thanks for the advice and the correct part number guys
  9. I'm running bendix pads aswell, does it at low speed with light pedal application but once it starts squeeling, it doesn't matter how hard you push the pedal - it doesn't go away till you come to a dead stop.
  10. Aiming for 400rwhp for now with huff to go over 500 at a later stage. Engine is an RB30DET with forgies, stock rods, NA cams, 550cc injectors, z32 afm and the other usual supporting mods. Tuner and mechanic have both advised GT35R with a .82 housing but other than that I don't know what I'm looking for.. need a specific part number so I order the right thing Will be going on low mount tubular manifold with external gate.
  11. :laughing-smiley-014: Oh and I'll keep you posted
  12. Should be more of this in Perth.. local Perth cops "getting in touch with their community". I'd like to see some Perth traffic cops join me out the back of Wangara for some tyre frying fun
  13. He was asked by his local community to showoff his skills at a local show. IMO he's a top bloke.
  14. That's what I did, also don't have the coil cover so it's only held down by one bolt in the corner (with the earth strap) into one of the coil cover bolt holes. It's kind of hanging out over the coils with the fins pointing up.
  15. Jethuth Christ Dale.. that was some funny sh~t! (not the political crap though..)
  16. Already had permits for fmic, pod, full exhaust, adjustable suspension (coilovers, swaybars, camber/castor bushes) and bov. Also have an RB30DET in there.. so I would say far from stock
  17. Tried that, like I said above, only last a couple of days.
  18. Much of a weight off my shoulders knowing the 30 made it over the pits
  19. No idea on what is high or not but it could have had the head shaved slightly after blown headgasket or something.. that would increase compression slightly.
  20. What numbers should I be looking for when buying a GT35R w/ .82 rear housing?
  21. I got a pair of genuine boots, cost me about $50ea at trade price from Nissan O_o
  22. I don't think it's a huge vibration as I can't feel it, he was in the passenger seat when it squeeled bad and said it was a vibration.. I think the squeeling is a minute high frequency vibration. I should really have skimmed the rotors when I put them on, they are 2ndhand 33gtst items. Looked fine when I put them on but the bendixz pads seem to have lipped the rotors fairly quickly
  23. When we had my engine out on the weekend I compared my stock 32 gtst tailshaft with that of a 32 gtst running a 26 with a 25 box that was in the workshop.. they were practically the same length (minus a couple of mm probably due to the cutting off of the old yoke).
  24. Once again, the guys at Midland pits have done the righty by me. Got the sticker off this morning and the inspector was very nice.. he even joked about seeing me next week because the cops like to pick on cars like mine, he on the other hand, said he quite enjoyed them and that they are nice cars. Top bloke
  25. Should have PM'd me earlier humz, I ordered 3x last week.. hopefully they get here soon.. my radiator is a tad blocked
