  1. Yep, is gay as aids... Don't want mine stamped lol
  2. Nice car, might want to change the text in the 1st post though, can't read it when using the dark SAU theme!
  3. Stagea cruise without Stagea's is just a cruise. That said, variety is the spice of life!
  4. Sad to see series 1 front, but glad you got it sorted. lol @ 350S grill!
  5. COAT2 I believe is the Hard coat finish on the paint.
  6. AWD G35 is the same suspension setup as AWD M35 Stagea's (2001-2007)... either NM35 or PM35.
  7. Are you interested in working on your car yourself or do you intend paying others to service/modify? Two options I can think of in Melbourne are "Scotty NM35" although he is more along the lines of building/installing modifications or you could have a look at this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/403845-servicing-in-melbourne/
  8. NISMO-61, where are you situated? May I recommend catching up with another member that has a fair idea about V35's and learn from them/ask questions. Even better would be to download the G35 workshop manual and start reading. The more you learn, the more you can do and dare I say, the more money you will save.
  9. ^ isn't that the essence of what Diablo has always been? Local multiplayer was fun as I recall though. Haven't played D3 and probably never will
  10. I know of no exhausts that sound like a vacuum cleaner (except on GT5). Perhaps get a sample of this sound and post it. This fella has the answer
  11. Actually I wasn't comparing engines, just stating that pods are quite useful if implemented correctly... and that they can be a requirement when a panel filter is not up to the task. In the end, the engine will only take as much air it needs so no harm in getting the largest filter you can.
  12. Same reason they put all those resonators on there, induction noise (although the resonators also allow any "extra" air in the intake somewhere to go when you step off the throttle). Why did Ford put a large pod on the supercharged V8 GT? My guess is they needed a shit load of air going in there and didn't have the space for a massive panel filter.
  13. So why not do it yourself?
  14. Only states VQ25det and VQ25dd. Have asked the question though since Torque doesn't talk to my car
  15. Oi!! Should have some data and the other bits for you next week as I don't think I will get to install until Saturday I'll log before putting in the Nismo though (must remember!)
  16. Make sure that the A/C is on as well as the the heater set as high as it can go.
  17. Too bad you couldn't go for a quick spin last night mate, would have been interesting to compare it now with how it was a month ago. As an aside, just for shits and giggles, next time you get on a dyno try dropping the correction by another 20%. I'm sure that will be useful for you to compare the progress any changes have made...
  18. On my work computer.... to remind me why I put up with what I do.
  19. What's wrong with Turkey Alex? Oh and Leon, classic quote from classic movie is, well, classic!
  20. Just factor in that the turbo will go at some point and to replace all fluids/filter on your first service (or immediately). NM35's are great cars and bloody reliable. I replaced turbo, radiator, front wheel bearing and the crank sensor out of necessity... over 5.5 years of ownership. The rest was done for enjoyment Plan to have my PNM35 for longer than that too!
  21. You ain't the only one Bud.
  22. lol... seriously though, where is OP? Starts a thread and then doesn't even post in it? hmm, makes me think that he is trolling you guys.... successfully
