Looks like someone has replaced the outer ring with one from a US model.
The G37 speedo has eight larger lines like yours does whereas the cluster showing kms has nine larger lines.
Now, I wonder how many kms your car actually has on it.
Depends on the dealership, sometimes nothing, sometimes $50 and sometimes they will charge you the hour.
Also depends on the service manager and how much he a) is a dick b) likes the look of your car or c) is interested in your car/problem
For reference in case the shop used non-Nissan fluids, the Nissan Matic D transmission fluid is effectively Dextron 3 and is definitely not to be used.
^ glad that was all that was open.....
Rudi, if all else fails, why not take it to Nissan and have then put on their Consult?
Both Consult 2 and 3 will plug straight in and read M35 Stagea's, regardless of what some dealerships tell you.
Good luck today Alex. Look forward to seeing the result and reading the details
Possibly, and about bloody time it came in.
Give the service manager there a punch to the throat for me will ya
United 100
James noticed that his untuned HKS V35 ran smoother on it. He then tried V-Power and the car was stuttering randomly when cruising. Dunno if it did it on BP Ultimate (I think it did), but for comparison he was quite surprised with how much better it ran on the United 100.
Did you feel noticeable lag off boost after installing the HKS kit?
Just wonder how much extra air was needed to fill all that piping and intercooler space.
I might be wrong, if there was some lag from filling the extra volume (say 10mm plenum height) it'd be negligible.
I also haven't heard of anyone noticing increased lag after installing a 19mm runner spacer on a VQ25det (closest I could get to increasing the area between the combustion chamber and the TB).
Glad you're very happy with the results, but I am confused.
Kakimoto R (and N1 for that matter) only came in stainless steel. DO you have a pic of the cat-back that was removed by any chance?
That's a whole lot of Impul!
Full kit + wheels. Possibly suspension (does it have light blue springs and silver struts? Yes I see the Tein sticker) and ECU too (check under/behind the glovebox).
That blue works wonders on that nose. Do like!
EDIT: forgot to mention, prob a Nismo rear spoiler too
