  1. Iv been putting oats in shakes for years. I use Protein Isolate so i use oats as a carb source, PWO i use Waxy maize, with isolate. Works for me. To grow your body needs protein, carbs and fats. To diet down is when u manipulate these three to keep fat burning at optimum level with out taking away nutrients to ur muscle. Dont listen to anybody when they say they grew muscle when "cutting" impossible without drugs. Even then drugs can only do so much, if u arent eating enough to promote muscle growth it wont happen. Thats why there are drugs preferred for "bulking" and "cutting"
  2. Na dude, all good. To be honest, i havent done it again, most i ever lift now is 250kg on the rack. Its one of those things that when u get in the mood, u go a little crazy. We've all been there i think. (must of been the celltech)
  3. It was rack deadlift, so pulled the weight just below my knee line,
  4. Cant beat Jurox, made to get stuff big. nuff said

    Movies

Two movies that sorta freaked me out, Bad boy bubby, and Ken Park. Dont know where to find Ken Park though, i hear it was banned quite quickly after it was released.
  7. Holy shit, this not good to see, as for ur ex doing it, that is even more messed up!!!
  8. I thought popped collars where cool? and its not pink, its salmon! :laughing-smiley-014:
  9. Dont they recommend to cycle off and on? i never take any supplement for more than 6 weeks without atleast a two week break Most of the strength and energy gains in the first few weeks can be attributed to the placebo effect. On a second note, you will not build muscle unless you eat a decent amount of carbs, its impossible, naturally.
  10. How low are you going with ur carb intake, cause really if you drop carbs you should really take ur fat intake up as carbs go down, some days im on very low carbs, and vary my fat intake to make up for it. Other wise you have alot of risk of ur body crashing during that time. After thousands of dollars over the years spending on brand name stuff, i have made the most gains by getting better food. leaner meat, etc.. Its just a hype and for the price you pay, it would be more cost effective to do a "real" 10 weeker.
  11. Yeah, it did get recalled, but in America, they can put more stuff in it that we can over here. If you read the reports in says 23 cases, with about 1 million bottles sold a year, its not the most dangerous thing out there. Use it properly and cycle on and off i dont see the problem. The FDA in America is full of tossers and are always going after supplement companies for the most stupidest things. The only thing i buy is 200mg caffeine tabs, they get through customs no problems. and cheap too.
  12. I use www.proteindirect.com.au everything else i get from America www.1fast400.com
  13. Na, thats wrong, if you've ever listen to Ronnie say it, he doesnt pronounce the 'e' so it becomes evrybody, instead of evErybody. I made the mistake for a reason. Just sayin :-)
  14. My fav Ronnie quote "evrybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but noone wanna lift these heavy ASS weights!!!!!!"
  15. Damn, i so hate you, lol. Iv met Cris Cormier (spelling?) Lee Priest, and Jay Cutler. It was a bitch that i didnt see Ronnie Coleman when he was over here. Next few years i need to get a trip together to go the Olympia or the Arnold Classic. Im leaning towards the Arnold classic. plus next year il make the trip for the Australia grand Prix.
  16. If he has no money and hasnt got a fulltime job then it is going to be hard to convince his dad for a little 4 cyl car. An r32 is one of the cheaper Skylines on the market because they are older, being an older car most things like suspension/ driving components are worn out and in little time will need to be replaced. Fuel would be a consideration in this current market too, i doubt that your friend would like sacrificing most if not all of his money into fuel and regular servicing that an old skyline may need. Tell him to wait a few years, get some money behind him so when he finally gets the car he can fully appreciate how good it is. My friend didnt listen to me, and he doesnt have to worry about his Dad covering the loan, because he used a bank and they do not like when you cant pay back their money.
  17. At the moment i am the heaviest i have ever been, 181cm, 98kgs, and currently have a carb cycling diet, currently on two days low carb during the week, and will bump that up to 3 days when i feel i have to. It took me a while for me to come back from a broken ankle last year, which is still hindering me from doing full free squats, so its smith machine squats for a little longer :-(. Other than that my deadlifts have gone up, i regularly full deadlift 200kgs (none of that rack shit) My millitary presses are at 115kgs (on smith machine so im not counting the bar) my individual dumbell shoulder press i am doing 40kgs with a spotter to get them up. My bench press, im moving 120kgs for 7 good reps. Im trying to keep this strength while i diet down to around 94, 95kgs. If anyone has seen Dorian Yates "Blood and Guts" video, thats pretty much the training i am doing, plus every four weeks i do a low rep heavy compound movements only. Does anyone here follow the BB scene in America?
  18. Iv outgrown two gym buddies, who just quit on me cause they said i pushed too far. lol. My gym mate now, is quite close with me on certain lifts, but i am getting ahead in other lifts, but he is good and will go toe to toe with me on any superset/ forced reps, and heavy shit that i do, and we're are constantly pushing each other on. I agree if ur in the weights for a while you need a gym partner that is there with you and has the same mindset and goals that you have. I have never needed a PT simply for the fact that i like reading and gathering knowledge for myself, figuring out what works for my body and how i react to different foods/ diets. Nothing against PT's but thats my experience.
  19. There is information on the site about where they source it from, i think most of the isolate is from new zealand. I add in creatine, beta alanine, and glutamine, Last time i took egg whites half and hour before a workout, they ended up on the floor and the mirror of the gym, :-(, not good
  20. My protein of choice at the moment comes from proteindirect.com.au, its cheap and i like the taste mixes well with water. Also been trying beta-alanine as a supplement, just throwing it in with a shake pre and post WO and is i think is working great especially giving me a bit extra strength and endurance on all of my lifts.
  21. interested in 2 external 044, could you pm me bank details and il get the money off to you
  22. A bit laggy, dont expect anything before 4000rpm, i had one but with an external gate setup, and worked, but if i had my time over i would buy a Garrett.
  23. RACE CLUTCH - Jim Berry 26 Gladys St Stones Corner QLD 4120 Phone: 07 3847 9999 Im sure he can rebuild it, and talk to you alot about it, good guy.
  24. il be down there too, see what my time does against my friends supra. bit of a friendly Skyline vs Supra debate been going on so im keen to kick his arse. lol Btw, Im Dane and silver r33 gtst, big exhaust
  25. Yeah, but the placebo effect only works when you buy an expensive supplement and take it thinking its the 'shit' lol. Did you do a study on Amino Acids or BCAA's? the ones im more interested in are glutamine and beta alanine.
