good cruise guys i came past with my supra, i kinda got freeked out by the police presance at the first meet though (thought its gonna be another hillaries) so i parked my car on the street cos a canary would cost me around 3K to get off, this also meant i couldnt stick to the route as i saw a cop with a map and radio'ing the cruise route to other coppers. Made it past the other two meet points but seemed like i was abit late as not many cars were there. Either way it was a nicely organised cruise, and i loved the route. well done.

The first meet was leech hwy maccas, thats where everyone went. There was a good turnout there also but i left after that cos i didnt have a map and even if i did, the map was confusing.

my bro's selling his CA18DET 1990 silvia, it's manual, sunroof, hicas, abs, 17 inch crome rims, cat back exhaust, turbo timer........even though its turbo it's still very economical in my opinion, but then im comparng it to my supra. It hasnt been driven in a year, only started every now and then, got de-licenced when we went overseas, and only just got it registered this week, so it went over the pits and you know it's roadworthy. mechanically it's faultless, we put in a new power steering rack and new brake rod bushes so it can go over the pits. Only problem i know of is brake pads might need changing as its not braking the best, but then again the guy at the pits passed it so it cant be that bad. He wants round $9,000 for it, but it is negotiable. Make an offer. One more thing, dash has just been changed as the old digital head up display one stuffed up (common problem ive been told), so now it has the analogue one, but if u find a digital one then the head up display will work also. As far as odometer, this one shows 70K, the one before was about 90K, but as u know with these cars, not even the last one could be trusted, only way you can convince yourself of the mileage is the condition of the car, and this one certainly doesn't show wear, drives very nice. he needs to get rid of this to make room cos he's buying an r34.

How do you go about the paperwork? obviously i cant go there to sign etc etc, transfers? shipping etc.

I dont know much about skylines at all, so hopefully u guys could help me out abit couldn't find the info i needed using the search, so i might hijack this thread. I'm thinking of buying an r34 with this nismo dash in it..... My question is did this dash come standard with any r34 gt-t models? maybe special editions? the car itself has lots of extras like leather seats, sunroof, leather nismo gear knob and surround, and has a nismo badge above the front left headlight, but the bumper looks like a standard gt-t. The reason i wanna know is because because the car has 108,000kms on it and i wanna know if they're genuine or not. Thanks

speaking of dash's, can anyone tell me what the deal with this nismo one is? do these come standard on any r34 models or are the only available aftermarket? This one is on an R34 with leather seats, nismo gearknob, sunroof, and nismo badge above the headlight, but doesnt have a nismo front bar. So basically it comes with alot of nismo options on it, but i dont know if thats stock or added on. cheers
