my r32 hesitates to rev between 4-5k. it holds boost fine but when it gets to this rev range it pops/backfires and does not want to rev till 5k. current mods just jap fmic kit gfb t piece (13psi) 3" turbo back K&N pod what do people think?

items for sale: 1x Combat Vent which is brand new purchased from GT Autostyle + Mesh - $150 1x N14 Pulsar bonnet. bonnet is red and has some dents which have been filled. basically all it needs in a sand and a spray. no structural damage - $50 i am selling because i have lost interest in moulding the vent on the bonnet. i am in sydney. a stock sr20de in a sss makes about 75kw atw. with full exhaust,pod and advanced ignition timing it can make it into the mid - high 80s. with tomei poncams some sr' have seen up to 110kw atw

i dont htink step downs are bad as long as they are sealed properly and not letting out air. do not block the pcv valves on the rocker, they vent so there isnt a build up of pressurised air in the rocker.

are there any sharp turns in the hose which may cause it to get blocked off? vacuum leak?

i have fitted a just jap kit to a 32 gtst. good little kit.. certainly isnt a straight fit. do a search i made a thread a while back..

not really, the 33 turbo is a bit bigger and more efficient which means it can make more power with less psi. boost isnt the only thing that determines which car is faster. thats on paper though, in reality it mostly comes down to driver

gt autostyle is good. i bought eyelids off him for my pulsar. champ bloke, easy to deal with. he delivers things to your door in his little white holden combo!!! haha
