  7. I don't own one myself but do have experience other friends highly tuned track GTR's at the track. Will need a very big wallet and I would higly recommend a dry sump and you would be looking at a engine freshen up at least every year or year and a half to keep it sweet. They need a lot of attention and money spent on them to keep them reliable. Just my 2 cent

Was wondering if anyone has a 1/18 die cast R33 GTR model for sale or could anyone point me in the right direction, any help would be great and thanks in advance.Located in syd area PM or can call me on 0428 234 732 If preferable would like one with the same colour all over as in no stickers. Cheers Grunter
  9. Hi mate great work on the project this is a weapon of a car. When is the first outing for this car as I would like to turn up to watch it at the track?
  10. Mate if I was you I would save your money and paint the std one. They get big power levels with the std plenum still in place. You can spend the money to improve something else on the car.Why not just send the old plenum down to the painters early in the morning. While your waiting for that to get painted you can change the knock sensors and what ever else you need to do to the car in the meantime.I cant see why you cant get it done all in 1 day just have to be carefull not to chip the new paint still maybe a bit soft but the painters should stick it in the oven for you though.
  11. Your heading down the right path, the sizes vary between manufractures of sway bars because some are hollow and some are solid hence the different sizes.I can't speak for the R34 but I had whiteline adj front and rear on my R32 and transformed the car completely. My preferred set up was full hard on the back and full soft front.Would highly recommend getting adjustable though so can tailer it to your driving. As for wheel alignment maybe search on the forum for others experience's with the R34 but remember the wheel alignment has a huge part to do with the extra fine tuning of the cars handling.
  12. Thanks for all the feed back, when I get a chance I will call into a A/C specialist. Cheers
  13. Thinking of doing a engine swap and wondering if you can get custom made A/C lines from the A/C pump to the fire wall ? The conversion Im thinking of doing must have working aircon or its not worth doing as I like all the creature comforts, just me getting old lol. Thanks in advance Cheers
  14. Looks like a Auto to manual conversion,is it using the manual ECU?
  15. Hi mate not bad as mentioned need more pics engine bay and interior
  16. Mate I would go for Bilstein shocks and if you want some better handling again go adj swaybars and with those small little up- grades you will notice a huge difference.
