  1. Gday

I bought my 32 last year off some bloke in warnbro (his sau user name was Rated R or something)

your welcome to come have a look

    cheers,

    Karl

  2. Hey there, just looking at your 32, and he seems familiar... how long have you had it? N who did you buy it off :P Im looking at selling my old daily red 32 n buying another fun one...

  3. My car is 100% a target. Bright green, mismatched rims atm (need spacers hehe) T wing, runs rich / backfires - the works. Yet after being pulled over twice in one day (on my way TO a cruise funnily enough) not once did my bonnet go up. Since then I have been pulled over 3 or 4 times - I could set a record here... but not once have I been defected. I attribute this to 3 possible factors: 1) being female - that initial look of surprise is precious. they always have to look twice to see if someone else is in the car. Then the first words out of their mouth --> "Do you own this vehicle?". I never used to think it made much of a difference but when you are in a pig like mine, they always have to ask... 2) I am polite, and not looking shit scared/suspicious when pulled over. I know I've done nothing wrong, and that its just a random check. And despite them thinking I might have illegal parts / devices in my car, if I dont make them suspicious, they wont take it further. I suppose the fact that I dont speed etc makes a difference. If people are caught 10 - 15km over then they would have more reason to search your car. 3) Sheer dumb LUCK - I lived in Mandurah and recently moved to perth. Never been pulled over before until I moved to the city. Cant explain that other than that there would be more police up here
  4. after my crash - i got the 32 fixed up alll right n tight, bar a few mis matched panels... drove it to Kermits with PVC piping as the fmic pipe substitute (dont ask - we had no other way to get it there) and he welded the good stuff on went to pick it up... and finally wanting to hit gate cuz i hadnt heard it in MONTHS and whaddayaknow... 100m down the road, the fan was on the piss and i didnt realize (drove fine off boost), but as soon as i opened him up, it ate through my power steering belt, my NEW radiator, destroyed the water pump itself, and pretty much confirmed that I needed to replace everything it touched... had to get it towed home again and a few weeks later was fixed... a second time Live and learn I guess. Coodoes to kermit for doing a bang up job though, much <3 *edit - got my water pump from nissan on canning hwy - only $120
  5. Hey Kel - sad to see this happen, Ryan and I were shattered when you told me! I do miss that car hey, even with his old shitty white bits he had character ^.^ To see him go from that to what he is now, you have done really well, im glad you kept the car. I had my 32 keyed in a few places on a few separate occasions, people just dont give a crap. I'm paranoid about leaving my car out the front of any house, just over-protective I guess Here's to moving on, and hoping to hell that Karma works.
  6. it was fun, despite getting singled out cuz i was at the front of the line - Mr Policeman was very nice. A bit surprised to find me behind the wheel but then we had a laugh about it. And I was allowed to go without a second glance at my car. Phew.
  7. i was sent this a few times today, amazing how quickly this stuff circulates congrats
  8. fuel issues? sudden flames usually only from something very very flamable that or some kind of gas - or one hell of a backfire :|
  9. the new one didnt come with it? good luck with that, ive seen someone ponder on how to take these apart for a good hour (just to see how it worked and clean it) and in the end he gave up ^.^
  10. arg i couldnt make it - alas Spent the day painting my bunky and got rather sun-burnt. Ended up chilling out at home. please do make it a regular event ^.^
  11. these people must be good at hiding or work long hours, i never see anyone driving around mandurah in their bling im off newport dv near coodanup, and its bogansville in that part of town
  12. map ? do we have roundabout attendance numbers yet or will it be a big surprise?
  13. Wellllll, for a Saturday night, I'm not sure whats on in the area, but the only places I can think of are: 1) The parking area next to the skatepark behind the old bridge (Western foreshore) Its big-ish but if the circus is still there it may be full 2) The other side of the forum carpark ... The end not next to the cop shop hehe. Only drawback to anything in that carpark is also speed bumps, but if my car can make it without scraping, anyone can do it. There arent that many actually. +EDIT - The skate park area is not far from the forum, just down the road about 2 or 3 minutes. In case anyone didnt like my description since it sounds hard to get to ^.^
  14. im in with bells on havent been on a cruise in a while, everyone is 100% aware the forum is about ... 200m from the mandurah cop shop yeah?
