check that the weights used when balancing the wheel arent hitting the cilipers, sounds like that could be your problem, especially if it speeds up and slows down when you do and youve only got like 2 mm clearance. i get it all the time when im at work balancing tyres. you will need to jack the wheel up off the ground and spin it to check. hope this helps you out and solves your problem mate
