Mine shoots in RAW + JPG.... but yeah it depends on which camera you have as to which version of photoshop you'll need. my 550d will only work with CS4 and up. they add new revisions of the RAW format as they get released to new versions (annoying as i have a legit copy of CS3; will have to get CS5)
