  2. Have you guys seen powis street now? New painted lines and shit. Its f**king stupid lol
  3. Kermit - don't know where he is located but everyone who has had an exhaust from him, highly recommends him.
  4. ^I drive cockpit view all the time with the controller... Usually, you mount on a table...
  5. Don't forget to check the boot seals
  6. ^Exactly. Mate just when it comes time to sell, don't expect the world for it...
  7. ^f**k yes. Remind me when GT5 actually comes out
  8. ^You can't compare a stock Aus del to this lol. Does it have a sump extension? If not then lolol.
  9. Send one my way too please. AFAIK, it got stolen in a car yard when he bought the car?
  10. Silver/white have no resale.
  11. Haven't read topic, but just bought some 6000K H1 55Watt HIDs off ebay for $73 delivered.. Will update. (S13)
  12. I'm pretty sure its GT5P.... For example, the waiting to join a race is rediculous, at least 3mins. Why didn't they just make it like a waiting room, where the host can race when wanted. With the consistent freezing and spectator mode, I don't know how to fix it....
  13. Mate the forum has given advice, its up to you whether or not to take it. Most if not all of us have said stay away.
  14. Heh, I wouldn't be touching that white R34, but thats just me. Just looks like a car thats been thrashed to hell... New engine at 115kms?? Hows the box, clutch and rest of it doing? I'd get the White anniversary 33gtst. The pinging could even be fuel... But yeah, a tune should fix.
  15. ^Yeah, all bettered by a rebuilt forgie lol. Mate, its still a non original colour with a white engine bay, not to mention maroon is the most undesirable colour for skylines... For a comparison, this was the mod list on my old car. Milage:67,000km (34 on nismo dash, had it swapped) (7000km on forged engine) Year: 1989 Transmission:Manual Colour: Gun Metal Grey ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN Sydney Kid RB26 build (do a search on skylines australia forums, well known builder) including 8.8 to 1 compression ratio ACL 86mm Forged pistons Eagle H Beam forged rods ARP Rod Bolts ACL rings ARP head studs ARP main bearing studs 600HP Head work Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves Adjustable Cam Gears (set to standard) Balanced rotating mass Sump Extension - Extra few Litres with full baffles HKS 2530 Turbos 700cc 12A Turbo Injectors 80mm AFM's Apexi Power FC with Hand Controller Apexi AVCR Electronic Boost Controller K&N Pod Filters HKS Billet Flywheel HKS Twin plate rebuilt by Jim Berry Full Redline Racing oils except engine, which has Royal purple. Like said, looked stock as a rock as it came out of the factory, even the engine bay because they were low mount twin turbos. Previous owner spent about 60-65k on it total Still maintain 22-24k price bracket and even then, I wouldn't buy it cause I can't stand a car with a different coloured engine bay.
  16. I'd suggest 22-24k. Took me a while to sell my mint 32GTR for 24.5k with more mods than that (Also 1989). Mine also had 0 rust and no scratches anywhere, 8k kms on forged motor and 67k on shell.
  17. ...well you know what I mean now then...
  18. Yeah, and we even time when we enter races together... no excuses GT5P! BTW: Beat my London 650PP time of 4:12.856 Best lap: 49.502
  19. My network connection is awesome... PS3 sits 3m from modem and I never ever get disconnected, speed is about 8mb down, 2mb up. What I said makes sense and I stand by it....
  20. Stock GTTs are slow.... I had a run with one on my mums saab 95 linear (130kw at fly, fwd) and lost by 1-1.5 car lengths around 130 from a 20 rolling start....
  21. Man they better f**king fix online play. So so sick of it. Wait 10mins to play a race if your lucky, if your not lucky, freezes at start of race, during loading screen, you go spectator mode and have to wait for the race to end or you get a black screen = reset game. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
  22. ^What he said. If you know absolutely nothing about cars, bring a mate who does. Then just look for the obvious - rust underneath/in boot, oil leaks, paint, gearbox + engine noises etc
  23. ^Yeah. My 89 R32 GTR didn't have a plate either and the owner of it lives in NSW is just driving on WA plates. I just pay rego for him
  24. Ok. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...6&silo=1011 Fairly cheap for the mods its got. "How" flow turbo means highflow = at least 300rwhp. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...6&silo=1011 Nice mods, service history and dyno report. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...6&silo=1011 Mostly stock mechanically, looks very clean. Leaves you with plenty to do your own modifications. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...&__Qpb=true Nice mods, good price, again high flow = quick car. (Plus anniversary edition) http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...9&silo=1011 Some nice mods, seems looked after. And a rediculously cheap R34 http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...2&silo=1011 Looks the goods, especially with the description the seller's given. Goodluck
  25. Where are you located? I've said this before. You can tell a lot about the owner and the condition of the car by the way the advertisement is written. Bet you if you gave me your location and a price bracket, I could find some pretty nice examples
