Nah mate, I haven't got all the right pipe bungs at the moment, but the inside bead is still tidy and not much bubbling. I use quite low current to help avoid that, but keeping the weld deep enough to be strong.

Offset wise, thickness wise...yes, exactly the same. But, you would need to modify your current calipers to allow the larger diameter. I have R33 GTST calipers as well, and the disc just hits the entry and exit points. Easily modifiable, I just can't be arsed doing it. I am certain there is an article about it on here. You would need a 15mm radius spacer for the calipers to run right on this disc. Once again, an easy thing to get.
