As the headline says, 1985 / 86 Charade 4 door. White in colour all panels straight. As some of you would know, I drive cars on two wheels, thats what we got this car for, but have only driven it around the block (on four wheels !!). We dont need this car and just want to get rid of it. Has no rego, but dont think it would need much for roadworthy.As far as we can tell it runs fine (starts, goes, everything seems to work OK). Will accept R34 GTR as part trade !!! :jk: We want about $650 for it. Car is in Melbourne. I used to race in Rotax Max Class, the only frustrating thing about the 125 Max engine is that it has absolutely no low down power, and they are so heavy that it's like driving a truck. Much happier with my Rotax Rotary, heaps of power, little on the tempremental side though.

I agree with Jack. Sandown is nothing to go by, because the cornering speeds are relatively slow and the corners are pretty short (I should know, I worked there 3 days a week for 11 years). Winton however is a different kettle of fish, lots of corners and you spend a long time turning some of them. Lots of people have massive fuel and oil surge problems there. Better to be safe than sorry I recon. Just my two bobs worth.

If you guys are serious about doing it, let me know. We hire circuits in Victoria all the time. We have insurance, we can provide V8 Supercar drivers as instructors, you name it. All you have to do is come up with the participants.

But Meshmesh my kart is not all that fast, anyone who knows about Karts will tell you that a Formula A Rotax Rotary Valve is slow compared to a hire Kart. :bs!: Hire Kart 5 - 8 HP (Now that's some serious power !!) Rotax Rotary Valve 32 HP, it only revs to 20,000 rpm (Gutless !!)

There is a group of us that go to Somerton most Saturday nights with our own Karts.If you guys are gonna go, rock up on a Saturday night.

We can come up and run it for you guys We got our own insurance so thats no probs. I know Mt Cotton really well, used to run courses up there for Audi and Holden many moons ago
