Thanks cefiro, We have a similar sized turbo on a stock sr20 s13 which ran 12.1 and a best mph of 124. From the info found it seems there are 2 variations of this turbo. 1 good quality and one shit.

Any one using this turbo, im looking at purchasing it for my s15. The garret super t70 turbo kit. Garrett T70 turbocharger .70 A/R .84 EXHAUST STAGE V WHEEL GARRETT HYBRID GARRETT INTERNALS That is the only information i have on this turbo. Any info known would be helpful, Thanks h The only car i know using this turbo is a rb25 powered s13, making 440rwhp on under 20psi with supposedly stock injectors.

will be there, friend entering his s13 which ran over 120mph and ran a 12.1 on a stock motor (sr20). Should be interesting to see what it makes. the most this car has made 299rwhp

i think it would come on boost before 5000rpm... my rb25 with a t88 was on full boost @ 5000rpm

I was having problems with the external gate which is why it wouldnt hit target boost straight away on the first engine. When building the 2nd engine we fixed the gate, as you can see it spiked 1-2psi then settled. The 2nd engine was much more smoother too drive and felt better on the st. The first engine was real snappy. Peak power on the first engine was 421.??

some very differnt powers being made with similar turbos. my rb25 with a gt30 .82 and external gate made 420rwhp @ 27psi ive added a pic of the dyno sheet, the red line is my first engine with aria pistons and higher compression, the blue line is the same head, less compression and wiseco pistons... I had hi flowed injectors, pump, micro tech etc etc... some of you guys have made good power on such little boost... have any of you gone down the track?? with 300rwhp i ran 13flat @ 114mph

benm, sounds fustrating?? I would say its your standard computer holding you back. Do you do burn outs before your run?? This may be the problem. This affects my s15. I found this out on the dyno. 1st run 180rwhp 2nd run 172rwhp 3rd run 168rwhp.... let the car rest for 5min, did another run got 179rwhp. At the track if i dont do a burn out my ts is 100-101mph. If i do a burn out my ts is 99-97mph. I figured the standard computer makes it run richer and pulls timing out when it notices abit of heat soak or stress on engine with out temp changes or something like that (not too sure on how it works). But this is my conclusion to why i dont do burn outs when i go 1/4mile. With the same mods i have now i have gone from a 14.2 @ 100mph to consistant 14.1 @ 99mph to a best of 14.003 @ 101mph. 60ft was 2.2. I have seen skylines on dyno's and id say the standard dip in power @ approx 5-6k is what holds most back. Gl with the 13.

After a race with a motor bike, he passed me because i hit rev limit in 5th. I later asked him what speed he was doing when passing... approx 280k. Id say top speed is between 260-270k for a skyline.

what model is your car and what model is the engine S1 or S2?? We put a s2 engine in a s1 and had to change some of the wiring.

Are they 3 piece wheels and are you negotiable??
