Hey guys I have a semi-related question. My R32 GTR came with a 4WD/RWD switch. I'm assuming flicking into RWD deactivates the fuse, right? But it also has a dial from 0 to 10. I know that the GTR sends most of its torque to the rear, but when this dial is wound up (in 4WD mode), would that mean that the power is 50/50 front to rear? Like fulltime 4WD? Also i'm yet to see the front torque gauge on the dash read anything other than 0, even when I can feel the front wheels pulling. Should this register when the 4WD is turned up. And are there any adverse effects when using this device? Cheers!

Well i'm mainly doing trackwork so i'm looking for response rather than big HP. Hopefully its not the turbos, don't want to fork out the cash just yet and i'm pretty happy with the job they are doing so far (other than not working obviously ). I'll let you guys know what I find. Cheers!

Thanks for that guys I think you may be right. there was definitely no black smoke either. We spoke to the guys at Eagle and Raymond and they seem to think the turbines have cracked. Time for an upgrade indeed. They suggested reconditioned N1s, what do you guys think?

So I took my R32 GTR out to Wakefield for the first time today. Towards the end of the second session, i shifted down to second and hit the gas, and turbos stopped boosting. The car was running completely fine, idling properly, and running like normal, except there was no boost pressure whatsoever. I can still hear the turbos spooling when revving over 3500 rpm, but again no pressure. A couple of guys came and had a look but couldn't find a problem in the engine bay. I'm not sure where to start looking, what do you guys think? Cheers!

Hey guys i was wondering what you could tell me about having different tyres on my car. I Have R32 GTR with 17/255 all round, currently with Falken GRB(?) tyres. The fronts are gone most likely due to the fact the previous owner hadn't heard of a wheel alignment, but the back tyres still have around 60-70% tread left. I got a quote from Bob jane for $240 a tyre for Fulda exeleros, and the guy said i wouldn't notice the difference if i just replaced the fronts. unfortunately i'm not in a position to spend $1000 on tyres, but i really want to get the car out on the track this weekend so i obviously need to change the fronts. What do you guys think? Also is getting nitrogen pumped in the tyres worthwhile? cheers!

hey guys, been quoted for four fulda exelero (17/255/Y) tyres at $240 a corner. Are they good tyres for a 32 GTR? The guy made em sound like they were amazing but i've never heard of em, and can't seem to find much info on the net. Cheers!

I went into JustJap today to check these seats out and was fairly happy with them. i'm replacing the seats in my 32 GTR because i find them uncomfortable and don't support my back properly, and the Bride copies on display seemed a pretty good fit. Has anyone found these seats to degrade quickly? the material seems ok but I wonder if it'll hold up over time. Also, as far as rails are concerned, how much am I looking at spending on a set, and who do you guys recommend?

Where can you fix the 3 gauges in a 32 Gtr?

I've found plenty of places with V-Power Racing. Off the top of my head; Hurstville, Kingsford and Miranda all had it last time I looked. Its a $1.65 a litre though, and could possibly be very old due to that fact. Caltex 98 is a bit easier to find however.

Greetings people. Just picked up a '90 R32 GTR. I am a happy camper, although i'm already having some problems Was to be expected however, looking forward to many more f**k ups in the future! The 4WD light and ABS light have decided to stay on just as got the car home. Yay! Also the clutch is a twin plate so i can hardly take off anywhere without stalling, but once im going its incredible. I look forward to seeing you guys on the street and track. Cheers.
