  1. I had the large china cooler in mine.Although i didnt run above 16psi boost,it did an awesome job of keeping intake temps down.Be wary of the bar and plate design for track work if sticking with the factory radiator though.
  2. Can i ask why you want an aftermarket plenum???? Ben Diggles run 9.1 at 150+mph with a nissan intake manifold. How much power do you want to make

    Dutton Results.

http://www.duttonrally.com/results/2007/Wa...ight_Driver.pdf looks like the subarus had it over the Evos. Some interesting results. Pity they only had 1/8 mile drags.
  4. have had many requests for more pics by mail, thought id add them here.

  7. I can recommend Steve Lee at Top Racing in Carlisle.
  8. I have an FJ20 front cut f/s,if anyone wants a real motor in their Datsun let me know....
  9. My car is 1983...i thought that was old skool. But you guys are going 70's! Thats porn.
  10. Now that sounds like a workshop with the lot! Hope to see it soon.
  11. My local Nissan dealership(Midland Nissan Perth) supplied my head gasket, all chain guides and sump gasket etc.Bearings are availible through repco, veale parts shops in either acl or ntc brands.Take your timing chain into your local trev speed shop to match one up(mine was made in germany)and shortened to fit.about $80. If your head is ok,mine cost about $2200 with arias pistons, all machining/oringing,balancing etc.You save the money by making many phone calls and doining the labour yourself. Good luck Todd
  12. Forget an SR,these guys have the plan....RB26!
  13. My front King springs are rated at 325lb from memory and are more than stiff enough.400lb may be a bit teeth shattering for the road, but they are cheap to replace should this be the case.
  14. GT30 turbo, external wastegate,550cc injectors, wolf ecu, bosch fuel pump and front mount cooler. The power output is only restricted by using pump fuel. The boost is set at 19psi but im told the turbo will come alive at 25psi. As for the cost i only paid for parts as i fitted and wired it all.The best money ive spent i know that much! Todd
  15. I have recorded several 119mph passes and recorded 350+rwhp.I have had no trouble from my little FJ box.I have 2 spare FJ boxes, thinking i would be killing boxes all the time, but have not had to use them.Maybe i am too sympathetic with it.
  16. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=57128 I have a spare set for my DR or i would have grabbed these.
  17. Im using S14 200sx brakes,23mm custom spacer and it just fits.I had my strut converted to adjustible hight/coilover with king springs and koni inserts.I have 3.5 degrees negative camber and boy does it turn in!
  18. Anyone using 4piston calipers and have rims that fit? Its a nightmare of mine.I had to fit longer studs, fit spacers and then i can only use a 6.5" rim with a 205 tyre on the front to keep the tyre off the strut.sad me.
  19. Really the only way is a rattle gun.Sitting the pulley in a vice will damage it as it turns with the torque of your 6ft breaker bar on the nut
  20. Im not sure of direct replacements, but if you can make a Bosch alt fit as they are cheap, common and reliable. the alt may be aok, usually wiring/harness connectors are the cause of volt drop.A heavy wire(9mm) from the B+ terminal of the alt to the positive terminal of the battery is a good start.
  21. My lights are good. You may find volt drop is your problem.Crusty old alternators and wiring often leave the lights with incorrect power supply.Go see you local auto sparky and ask for a volt drop test on your lights,a 2 minute job. Adam_RSX is on to it!
  22. It really could be better, although i do some circuit/track days,it has never overheated.but im thinking of going to the smaller size(so cheap now) just to allow that bit more air through. The air intake temps are awesome though. At 1.3bar ive never seen temps above 35 on a 30 degree day.
  23. That white DR30 was sik, anyone see it? Was a good show, spankyou guys for having me.
  24. 83 DR30 Skyline Barbagallo 1.08.2 long track FJ20 pistons,cams and cam gears,Gt30 250rwkw Koni shocks,king springs S14 200sx front brakes bridgestone G3 roadies thanks for the link Roy
