  1. That's the line it's about 30-40cm long and sits above tail shaft and diff and runs to the attessa pump above diff area It's the high pressure line in this pic
  2. I'm chasing a hydraulic line from the attessa pump above diff, it's got a banjo fitting on each end, any chance you would have it ?
  3. Is that everything you have for sale off the car?? I'm chasing an attessa hydraulic line from under the car
  4. Hey does anyone reccomend any good insurers for a race only skyline track car? I need it for a fairly high value compared to average gtrs so that rules out normal insurance companies. I have done a search and someone mentioned pirahna insurance, does anyone have experience with them? They quoted fairly reasonable but wondering on how good to deal with if I ever need to claim. They are underwritten by cgu marine from what I can gather. Any experience on the subject appreciated
  5. Hey guys it's a simple question, I am Chasing stickers for my custom Switch panel in my gtr track car. They need to be white writing on clear background and can't seem to find any on ebay or online at all. I have found some for gauge labels but not switch labels. Need words like windows, ecu, steering, 4wd, boost, alt, etc Also regarding stickers outside the car for cams events is there any I need besides the battery triangle, the cutoff switch one and tow locations? Thanks
  6. Hi I have been a member on the stagea forums since 2004 when I bought this car and many members have come and gone in that time. The car was well known for having a very serious engine combo with a jun stroker and making over 600rwhp and running low 11s full weight and on street tyres. Anyway I have too many cars and can't keep them all so it has to go. I know I probably shouldn't post it here but people looking for a stagea are likely to come on these forums and its a fairly modified example and would like it to goto a fellow owner who appreciates these cars as I have spent a lot of time working on this car in those 10 years Now it's not as modified as it once was due to getting a defect notice a few years back which made me make it all legal which isn't always fun. I swapped the motor for a more streetable rb26/30 with a garret gt3076r Turbo. I have an ad on carsales which is easier to link to then dribble on the same stuff. Here is a rundown of the mods to give you an idea... I will take 15k for the car no less as I just want it gone. freshly built rb26/30 (5500km since build) with gt3076r turbo, autronic, brembos, bilsteins, full gtr driveline (gtr diff, axles, gearbox, etc) plus heaps and heaps of mods... full engineering permits for engine conversion, and mods. (in Western Australia) currently making around 350awhp with potential for much more! firstly the car started as a 1996 Nissan stagea rs4 (not a 260rs) mods: rb30 rebuilt bottom end king bearings endurotec 86.5mm pistons hastings rings Proengines 4wd sump adaptor gtr 4wd sump setup rb26 head & plenum setup freshened up with new valve stem seals, redone valves, shims setup, deck etc hks drag 1.2mm metal head gasket hks drag metal intake and exhuast gaskets gt3076r turbo custom steam pipe manifold hks 50mm wastegate 3' dump pipe and exhuast with magnaflow muffler and an apexi centre muffler K&N pod filter custom alloy cooler piping and intake pipe custom metal oil and water lines jun adjustable cam gears gtr 5 speed manual box extreme single plate clutch 32 gtr diff and axles 260rs rear cradle (allows wider wheels to fit under gaurds) 32 gtr rear brakes 34 gtr brembo front brakes dba 5000 alloy hat front slotted rotors custom adr approved braided brake lines r33 handbrake 4.11 front and rear diff ratios autronic smc ecu eboost 2 defi 3 din gauge setup whiteline springs all round bilstein shocks all round all noluthane bushes throughout front and rear arc front swaybar whiteline rear swaybar adjustable camber bushes r33 gtr wheels and near new tyres dayz rear bumper lip nismo copy sideskirts over 20k+ in mods alone very very well build and all round car, faster than gtr's and carry 5 people in comfort. Car has only drivin 5500km in 3 years and 15 000km since 2004. previously featured in high performance imports magazine (with different engine combo) can also supply stock twin turbo setup with pipework and 3' exhuast dumps etc with mines twin pipes incase someone wants to stick upgraded twins on it for the stock look (last pic is engine with stock turbos on it) looks standard and with upgraded twins can make over 400awhp and cops wont be able to tell its modified) no timewasters please! NOTE: does not come with nismo wheels in two of the pics (comes with r33 gtr wheels) Pics are on the carsales ad... http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Nissan-Stagea-1997/SSE-AD-2667423/?Cr=1&sdmvc=1 Thanks brad
  7. Price drop 16k and just put it up on car sales. I've had plenty of offers for swaps but want it gone as got no room for it. Almost brand new engine and turbo and one of best responsive combos around, I have spent too much money on this car and its a bargain for what you get.
  8. I drove a str8 cut dog box around In a weekend street car previously and I find once you know how to shift without crunching it there is not a lot I didn't like. Only issue is the whining bloody 5th gear as mentioned. Annoying as he'll on the freeway. Shifting down and up gears is actually really smooth if done right and you don't have to jam it in or thrash it to get it in at all. Just let the revs match properly on downshifts and it falls into gear with no issues. Up shifts are easy too. I wouldn't have one in a full time daily driver but weekend fun car I would do it . Once you have driving a dog box you will realise how slow shifts are in a synchro box. They are great fun when driving hard too.
  9. I have had the car for 10 years this year and was one of the first stageas in western Australia, 260rs were not even available at that point. I owned it for 2 weeks and put in a rb26 and manual conversion from my previous car. The rb26 ended up getting modified abit too much and got defected and I put this more streetable engine combo (with very very responsive turbo) in and have only used it on rare occasions due to having a work car and buying a house and therefore only doing 5500km in the past 3 years since the motor was built. I have all receipts for the engine build and photos etc. the engine is a built rb26/30 (5500km since build) with gt3076r turbo, autronic, brembos, bilsteins, full gtr driveline (gtr diff, axles, gearbox, etc) plus heaps and heaps of mods... full engineering permits for engine conversion, and mods. currently making around 350awhp with potential for much more! mods: rb30 rebuilt bottom end king bearings endurotec 86.5mm pistons hastings rings Proengines 4wd sump adaptor gtr 4wd sump setup rb26 head & plenum setup freshened up with new valve stem seals, redone valves, shims setup, deck etc hks drag 1.2mm metal head gasket hks drag metal intake and exhuast gaskets gt3076r turbo custom steam pipe manifold hks 50mm wastegate 3' dump pipe and exhuast with magnaflow muffler and an apexi centre muffler K&N pod filter custom alloy cooler piping and intake pipe custom metal oil and water lines jun adjustable cam gears gtr 5 speed manual box extreme single plate clutch 32 gtr diff and axles 32 gtr rear brakes 34 gtr brembo front brakes dba 5000 alloy hat front slotted rotors custom adr approved braided brake lines r33 handbrake 4.11 front and rear diff ratios autronic smc ecu eboost 2 defi 3 din gauge setup whiteline springs all round bilstein shocks all round all noluthane bushes throughout front and rear arc front swaybar whiteline rear swaybar adjustable camber bushes r33 gtr wheels and near new tyres dayz rear bumper lip nismo copy sideskirts over 20k+ in mods alone very very well build and all round modified car, faster than gtr's and can carry 5 people in comfort. Car has only drivin 5500km in 3 years and 15 000km since 2004. previously featured in high performance imports magazine (with different engine combo). Car is in good condition overall. full gtr driveline in a wagon. can also supply stock twin turbo setup with pipework, lines and 3' exhuast dumps etc with mines twin pipes incase someone wants to stick upgraded twins on it for the stock look (last pic is engine with stock turbos on it) looks standard and with upgraded twins can make over 400awhp and cops wont be able to tell its modified) no timewasters please! car is in Perth. NOTE: does not come with nismo wheels in one of the pics (comes with r33 gtr wheels) $17k ono

  14. Trying to work out easiest and best location to fit up a front towhook for cams events. I bought a strap one but unsure where to put it as the intercooler etc are in the way of getting to chassis rails. I'm assuming bumper support is not enough strength? Normal towing it won't need to be too strong but if I need to be pulled from deep sand or something it's gotta be strong. Anyone got pics? Or suggestions? Also are the factory rear tow points ok for cams events as the rules say they need to have a 40mm internal diameter hole and the rears don't. Thanks
  15. Well I managed to get it sorted, squeezing it between the guard and the windscreen area on a custom bracket.
  16. Hey guys I am finishing of a 32 gtr circuit build and onto the simple task of mounting the external cable that turns off the battery isolator switch. I thought it was easy enough as ive seen a couple mounted just under the rear edge of the bonnet drivers side near windscreen and A pillar. Only issue is its a very very tight fit to make a bracket up and squeeze between bonnet hinge and back edge of bonnet. Has anyone got any suggestions on where to mount it and pics would be even more helpful. I've googled and found nothing so far. Thanks
  17. Hi guys As title says, I need a pic of the wiring going into the attessa relays in the boot of a 32 gtr. There's a big yellow wire going into one side and a big red one in the other one of the relay. It's actually called the ets motor relay in the workshop manual. The two relays are side by side on a bracket I unplugged both the red and yellow from the relay and don't know which one goes in which. Thanks
  18. 605hp@ wheels and when I dragged it, it was on 527hp @ wheels and ran 11.3@125mph from memory. Rb26 in rs4.
  19. top build, always of the highest quality too i would be happy letting you work on my car with the standard of work produced! build ups always look so easy on an internet thread lol, i think it will be worth it though. any new pics mate?
  20. i bought the 3 din defi unit. fits mint and isnt that pricey considering the gauges are actually all useful. oil temp, water temp and oil pressure, and accurate too. Mine looks OEM which keeps the authorities happy fills up that spare din space and easy to see them as they are slightly angled too.
