Haha really? I have been doing cross-fit for about a year now. Unfortunately have been down and out for the last 4 weeks due to a severe groin injury, but I loved it. The best thing about it I found was the wide variety of exercises and the competitiveness of your training group. I have a couple of mates into weights and I feel pretty confident that I would come out on top for the 'True Grit' comp soon (injury willing). One problem I did find though, was the Price. Quite high compared to your bog standard Gym membership if you get involved in CROSSFIT gym or involve a P.T.

BUMPAROOO I live in Auchenflower and have been very quiet on SAU in recent years. Wondering if there are normally any weekend drives over Mt Glorious/Nebo for example? I also ride and compared to the bike scene, the car scene seems to be very quiet?? You can always bet on a squirt up the hills on a weekend morning.

Good thread, subscribed. I am currently using a PFC with 480hp (soon to be 550hp). Considering the swap to the Haltech. A map sensor would be nice, due to the need for AFM's I am constantly battling "PFC disease"/ airflow reversion though the AFM's.

I went up nebo and glorious with a mate today and only saw 1 motorcycle cop. Yes there was an RBT and QLD transport check about 3-6 weeks ago.

If it is indeed a stock fuel pump, the pump may not be the problem. I have had two fuel pumps fail. I had no warning, it didn't gradually 'lean' out. The car will simply stall and die. Luckily for me both times were on the track and not the road!!

Thanks mad082, that's a very generous offer. I guess I will put it back in as close as I can to the previous position then putt down to a local mechanic

Hi guys, I am replacing my CAS and want it ldone properly as I don't have access to a timing light. Does anyone know of a mobile mechanic that can Install and correct the timing? It is probably the easiest job FOR a mechanic.

GT35r...bla bla bla 16 psi, stock motor, stock head = 342rwhp on a " safe setting" Now on a BUILT engine, with same turbo but with both in/ex Tomei 260d 9.25mm lift cams im making: 350rwhp at 10psi (no boost controller - wastegate controlled) on a RUN IN TUNE. Rev limit was set to 5000rpm for run in......but i cant remember if matty said that figure was to redline....or the 5000rpm limit ... Both tunes were done at the pits.

What setup did you have player? I have a worked motor with a 35r and it is NO way as laggy as your setup. Boost by 4200-4800

1000cc injectors for a gt3076? (Unless your going twins) Install a T04Z, THEN the injectors will be useful Save your pennies on the FPR, stick with the stock one, perfectly fine.

put 260d 9.25mm procams in mine. YES, it needed machining

FREE R33GTST stock radiator to anyone who wants one. Upgraded mine and have no use for it. Dont want anything for it. Doesnt come with radiator cap or shroud.

Go to your local supercheap. They stock a variety of fuel cap sizes. get one that will seal. Been using one in mine for 4 years
