  1. We have no need for this car and now that we're moving house have nowhere to park it. It's a great little car, cheap to run, good performance, easy to drive and has loads of features. Engine: 1.8 litre NA multi-point EFI (76kW @ 5500rpm) Weight: 985kg Body: 4 door sedan Color: Dark Red Transmission: 5 Speed manual Mileage: 165,000 kms Features: - 4 wheel disc brakes - Central locking - Power mirrors - Tinted windows - Pioneer CD player headunit - Pioneer front 6" splits - Attractive alloy wheels - Near new Goodyear tyres all round The car is not registered at the moment because it was replaced with an R32 which we now use as our daily car and we let rego lapse. I can provide the pink/blue slip as required for registration in NSW. I have spent a good few hours today washing and vacuuming it so she's ready to go for a new owner!!! Price: $3,000 for SAU forum members only (includes pink/blue slip if desired). It will be on Carsales for more. Location: Chatswood, NSW Contact: PM, Email: [email protected] or phone/SMS: 0438 585 420 Click here for the picture gallery
  2. R34 GTR shocks are silver Anyway I will have a set of standard suspension available soon after my new stuff arrives from Japan. Let me know if you solve your problem in the meantime. R34 GTT suspension may fit but technically it's not standard so if they let you get away with that and comply it they may as well let you get away with any random suspension in it.
  3. I've heard Blitz's and it sounds good. I've got one on the GTR and its nice - not loud around town but sounds great in the local motorway tunnel.
  4. Well the best website to book Japanese accomodation is http://www.jalan.net but unfortunately it's in Japanese. I haven't used other sites but if you can find someone to read that website they have some awesome deals.
  5. Not a chassis number as far as I can tell. Read the first post again.
  6. Is it anything like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lUnG4uZPTo You might be related to Bubb Rubb
  7. If you've ever seriously thought about importing a CF bonnet from Japan as well you'd know that getting one here is a huge roll of the dice. They are far too large to come by post so must be put into a container. Even if packed right there is a big chance the corners or nose will be damaged or chipped and lets face it, you're not going to want to pay for it if it arrives broken. Powerplay sort that for you and will take care that it's packed in the container right and that it will arrive in good condition for you to bolt on.
  8. Actually once you know how to do it, it's a lot less effort and time.
  9. I would be over the moon if I could find the bonnet I wanted for a measley 2k. If you want good stuff you pay big money it's a fact of life i'm afraid. There are some cheaper options i'm sure. Powerplay will also backup there products with after sales support and warranty. Can't say that for Joe blogs working out of his lounge room.
  10. I definately don't sit next to Nick on level 2 if that's what you're asking.
  11. It's easy. You just wait until someone drives into the carpark and follow them in and park next to the row of skylines.
  12. Crows Nest Nissan/Northshore Mitsubishi Hornsby Nissan.
  13. Not a chassis number.
  14. For a non-navigation aircon control unit you're looking for these part numbers: - 27500-AA001 (alternate part number 27500-AA002) For the DIN surround: - 68260-AA005 For the map pocket: - 68475-AA000
  15. I dont know why I cant hotlink to that image maybe i need to mess with my gallery software some more. Anyway try clicking the link for the full size version.
  16. Very few people took that option. Here is a pic of the factory eyelids on a R34: http://www.sewid.org/gallery/d/2296-4/photo55.jpg Price is - unknown
  17. The Nismo genuine tail lights are close to $1000 landed. The aftermarket copies are horrible and have not matched the pattern of the nismo lights and look poor as a result. As for the eyelids, you can buy genuine ones from Nissan. The part number F2410-AA007 FIN-HEADLAMP SET (part number varies per color, that is for black). As for aero mirrors, the only ones you want to get are Ganador's. Theyre a direct bolt on available in all standard Nissan colors as well as carbon fibre finish and retain all electrical functions. For those the best prices are Yahoo Auctions or Nengun - See www.slidewizeimports.com to help you buy it or www.nengun.com for Nenguns website.
  18. He's right. The R34 turbos are ceramic just like every other standard GTR turbo. Only the N1's have steel wheels. I HIGHLY doubt your R34 motor with stock turbos has forged pistons in it either mate... They most likely pulled the big power motor out and dropped this stockie back in before selling it in Japan.
  19. Well according to FAST its the part highlighted in red in this image. If that's the right part then the part number is 68260-AA400. It's called a LID-CLUSTER...
  20. This is the reason you shouldn't buy an R34 with navigation in it You can get the replacement aircon control unit from Yahoo auctions and rip out the navigation system. You will also need the centre console front fascia also available on the auction site. This is what it's supposed to look like:
  21. Need some day pics but miles better than the Starcorps.
  22. Rick will you part with the wheels seperatly or did you already sell your stockies? Can't hurt to ask Nice car mate as I've said before if I didn't already have one i'd be knocking on your door.
  23. Yeah I can't imagine what kind of moron would buy a 100 - 150k car that outperforms the 300 - 350k supercars. Anyway I already have a R34 so i'll be first in line when the final announcement is made I guess.
