  3. hey mate, good luck with the turbo install, should work great if all fits... im putting one on a rb25det for my 260z that im building... i am getting a 20mm spacer made up at the moment for mine, costing a little over $100 but should be worth it! im keeping mine internal gate but i have a softer actuator for mine as the holset one probably wont open till high teens of psi but it just depends what boost you want. might look into the porting of the wastegate but i havnt read up about it yet... anyways best of luck should be good!   6. hey guys, i kinda didnt line up the pump drive to the collar when mounting it... so basically i tightened the pump which then cut into the collar in the pump a little bit... question is can the gear in the pump be flipped upside down so i get a nice collar again or should i chuck my new n1 in the bin and buy a new one? thanks jason
  7. yeh the pin is smaller and has one bolt through the middle... hmmm well my option is different cam or stay vct? so should vct timing be difficult to tune with an adaptronic ecu? thought there would be few ppl with adjustable cam gears but obviously not until aftermarket cams? dont think i want cams yet... hmmm decisions... thanks for feedback!
  8. hey hows it goin, last night was fitting cam gears to s2 rb25det engine and when i went to put the intake cam gear on it wouldnt line up? it has vvt but i was getting rid of that and run adjustable cam gears. the cam gears are JJR and they are identical intake and exhaust. i have spoken to them and they suggested jump on the forums to get some ideas from other people. anyone fitted adjustable cam gears to s2 r33 with success? thanks jason

  11. hey mate, im putting a HX35 12cm on a s2 rb25det atm which will be going into a 260z, housing will hit the exhaust manifold so im getting a 20mm spacer made up and putting longer studs in the manifold. just bit of a heads up cheers jason
  12. does anyone sell an exhaust header flange for rb25 in australia? can find couple in states but trying to source some blank ones locally. what have people done when making there own manifolds? thanx jason
