theres a list of what was different again on the 98 series 3 models in high porformance imports think it was like the second last issue! more factory options avalible agian on these ,haha

Item: TDO6 turbo mitsubishi heavy industries item, same as tust but interal gated , spacer plate to space it out off manifold , gaskets, longer studs and nuts , modified bov return pipe ,all pipe work to make it all work come with dump pipe with oxy sensor hole, silicon joiners and reducers hose clamps ect pretty much every thing you need to hook it up i think on an rb25det. hi i have got 260hp/195kw with the following: dyno dynamics dyno on shootout mode standard turbo gtr front mount dual stage boost controler 13psi blitz sonic power pod in closed box modified entry plenum 3'bell mouth dump pipe high flow cat and katimoto cat back standard computer standard evrything else

to get mine passed i made up a reducer in the back of the cannon , it slipped in side the tip had one little rivet up from the bottom to make sure it didnt come out during rego check , in steed of a 5 inch hole in the cannon it was like 3.5inch or something didnt look stupid , used another piece of ss pipe to go down the canno bout 3 inchs and then a bit of pate tig welded to the end of the 3.5 inch piece and then put it in the lathe to machine it round and bore the internal dia out. worked for me easy to take in and out , made an easy 5-10db difference that what i did any way cheers

ill have a look toomra at what my setting are on mine i had a simlar prob but worked it out using the instructions have you got the whole manual? if not u can copy it from the apexi web site

i would prob pay 30 for something like that , still alot to do , but yeah theres alot been done too nice kolour!

i reckon what hes done is a good idea wheather it works or not is another thing i had a lound as shit turbo smart bov the megasonic or something and i never got pulled over with it , my mate has a 333hp 4.2L stroked ecotec V6 VS ute anf he got pulled over 2 days once it was going just for the fact he had a bov , not that the copper new where to look he just new it had one , in term to all the his ute wasnt engineered to have a turbo at this stage either so it ended up being a pretty costly defect all casue of a bov , he now has a skyline plumb back kindly donated to him haha hasnt been pulled up since , i still havent been defected for mine , altough i have a little pocket bike air filter on mine now much much quiter only just hear it at ful noise. each to their own i guess!

yeah subaru has gone down hill with its design department , it needs to go on a diet , get a new one and old one side by side and it likes like they have sealed the body and stuck a air line in there a blown it all way outta proprtion i reckon but yeah the new lancer looks like a good thing , i wonder weather if you get the 5-10 warrenty on these things , like gtr660hp said i bet thats not under warrenty haha

it would be an awesome thing to go to if a: its wasnt so bloody expensive , b: there werent little shits of kids crawling all over the brand spanking new cars, and then you could actulally maybe get a good photo ,C: there was some good imports demos there d: a few more aftermarket parts shops there i wouldnt go agian unless ,i got free tickets and was in sydney

hi ive got a rb25 98 mod and ive got a ebay spec short shift best thing ive bought for car for 60 bucks , works awesome

oh and ive got a front mount so there is one spare hole where the pipe work normally returns to the engine so i used this as my air feed from down next to the bliker in the front bar , ive used that flexible tube from super shit AKA super cheap , the stuff the streaches then stays where u leave it , its great stuff

hey mate i repainted my wheels , mine are 3 piece alloy and i think they a magnesium something centres in them which is the bit i painted , i sanded and wire brushed all the flaking and corrosion off them they were really corroed once they were clean wiped them down with thinners primmed them up with a good etch primmer ,cople of coats let them dry for a couple days in sun , was summer so bout 40deg days here , sanded them with some 400 wett and then i painted mine with a mix of silver hammertone with some added plain silver to smooth the hammertone out a bit, they come up sweet once was done , and cause or the semi hammer tone finish they can be touched up pretty easy. thats my 2 bobs worth any way.
