well heres my view. No madder what import you drive or any performance vehicle you own. And no matter how stock it is or modified it is These cars will be targeted for one simple reason. That is they stand out and have a stigma attached to them that all the people that drive these cars are hoons even if there doing nothing wrong at the time when they are seen and pulled over. Far as cops are concerned i hold them in high reguard for one reason i would hate to do there job and deal with people they think they are picking on them and everything else like deaths and car accos ect. But some do seem to dislike nice / performance cars and target them unfairly but there are alot they like them and are enthusists themselfs Here are some things i have found that help alot and i mean alot 1. Address them as sir or mam to begin with works a treat 2. Be polite and most of all respectfull at all times. 3. Tell them straight up what mods are done if they are defecting you (only the ones that they can see) to shows you know about them and mention that you are getting them fixed which shows your not hiding anything and trying to do the right thing this lessons the defect or increases the time they allow you to get them cleared they can wave the fine also. 4. The most important one of all keep you car as close to legal as posible eg not rediculosely loud, low, big shiny chrome wheels things anything to make it stand out more than what it is. Stick to clean looking mods and you will be left alone more and one final thing you can not be deffected if your car is legal 100 % engineer it mine is not engineered at them monment but it will be and they can not defect you if they do you have a leg to stand on as far as loging a complant to they're supervisiers ect. These things help but it wont stop them defecting you if you in a place where dick heads are doing stupid shit or if they have be directed to go out and clear out the usual cruising spots where trouble happens. Every time i have been defected have been in these areas every other time i have been let free without anything more than a warning and most of the time not even that.

Hi all i got my r32 gtr and it is near impossible to keep the front windscreen fog free. The demister works quiet well but the fogging is on the outside of the window and i do beleive it is the heat of the motor fogging up the screen is there a way to adjust the bonet to help reduce this or a automotive product to stop this. It is quiet annoying.

there are 4 bases in the banidana area north and south bandi on the road that super cheap and kfc near wodonga and one opsite the wier and another one where i cant remeber lol

I knew of 4 skylines at latchford barracks when i was down there with the army for 6 months if i was still down there i would meet up. I will be coming down in the next few weeks to see my mates down there if you like to organise something. There is a non turbo marron one, and r34, a white r33 and maybe acouple more at the other barracks.

I had no idea that he had his lights on also, if i had saw that they where on i would have said something and yes thank you very much to the block that lent me his jumper leads mine would have been a bitch to clutch start with the immobiliser but than again the bloke that lent me the cables he had left his lights on also lol

I would like to thank gemma and terry for organising this cruise it was awesome considering the weather. I would like to apploagise for not socialising more and probably spraying a few people with carbon lol as it is still on the run in tune (32 gtr UL05EN). And to top it all off i was a idoit and left my lights on and needed a jump start lol. But over all a exelent day cheers see you all on the next cruise

Count me in i am trucking it down from newcastle in my r33 gtst or hopefully my new r32 gtr i will be in either one. Is it alright if i bring along some non skyline owners like a couple of 180 sx's and a sss turbo blue bird just to add acouple of cars to the mix ?

I have for sale my 1996 r33 gtst skyline located in newcastle for $12 000 ono Selling due to need a car that is more suitable for work. It currently has 130 000 km and is regularly services and maintained every 5000km and only good oils used. All other servicing is up to date. It has minor basic modifications including FMIC Electronic Boost controller Apexi pod air filter Olins coil overs dampener adjustable only front and rear strut braces turbo back exhaust and dump pipe The vehicle is also fitted with a mongoose M40 alarm system. It has a basic stereo system with a pioneer mp3 head unit with 6 inch jay car speakers in the front doors and and 6*9's in the rear with a alpine v power mono block amp and 12 in sub.
