  1. Thanks for all the kind words guys. The car SOLD today. Im a little depressed really... Ben.
  2. Thanks Chris, Its a shame, but unfortunately its got to go...
  3. We fitted 19x9.5 +22 on spoolin's car cant remember what tyres, I think 245/40 pretty thick tyres anyway needed to lip the rear guards. But had 19x9.5 +30 that didnt require any rolling before that.
  4. Thanks guys. Its sad, but it has to go. I love this car.
  5. Thanks for that. Ordered one through Brookvale nissan. its coming up from Melbourne tomorrow. they didnt give me trade so it cost $290. They said that Hornsby had them in stock, but when I called they said no, and were really unhelpful so I went with Brooky to place the order.
  6. Thanks Ryan, You are a champion. I heard that Hornsby nissan have them, but I didnt know the part number. I will get one tomorrow. Cheers, Ben.
  7. I had a really embarrassing moment today when taking a potential buyer for a test drive when the AFM decided to crap itself and the car went into limp mode! Almost 4 years of owning this car and it has never missed a beat... and it decides to play games on a test drive! Turns out that when I had the engine bay detailed on the weekend the guy used so much silicon spray it contaminated the AFM sensor. tried spraying it with contact cleaner but it didnt work. tried another sensor and it worked fine. So anyway does anyone know the part number for an M35 AFM or have one they want to sell me? Cheers, Ben.
  8. Unfortunately due to business commitments I need to sell my baby. I have owned this car for just over 3 years now, it has been meticulously looked after, always garaged, serviced every 5000kms with premium fluids. Driven by a sensible mature driver. You would be hard pressed to find a better example than this. The photos speak for themselves. It is a rare combination of the midnight Blue with a full factory Aero kit and twin sunroofs. 9. Hey Guys, Does anyone know if the M35 starter motor is the same as a 350Z or other VQ variant? Spoolin (Chris) is stranded and we need a new starter motor asap. Cheers, Ben.
  10. maybe advertise these in the stagea section. They would be the perfect fitment for an M35 stagea.
  11. Yeah I think they are all different all the way round if that helps. Unfortunately I dont have one to sell.
  12. Thanks for all the kind words guys! The Pro S is a tuned ECU as iamhe77 said, no speed limit, higher rev limit, higher boost and timing changes too I believe. At the moment its not 100% yet that I will have to sell this as I am working on alternative finance avenues, but should push come to shove I wanted to know what would be a fair price for my beloved Stagea.
  13. thanks guys Yeah I was thinking around $17k would be realistic. I toyed with the idea of parting the aftermarket bits, but dunno if its worth it... Ben.
  14. Unfortunately due to bad sales in winter my business is having some short term cash-flow issues... Which means my Stagea may have to go. Which sux as I will surely buy another in a few months time when things are not so tight! I have had a quick look on the forums and car sales etc, but don't know what a fair price for my car would be. Realistically I know I will never get back what I have put in. But what would be a fair list price for this: It has been babied, garaged and serviced every 5,000 with the best oils etc and is in exceptional condition. 2001 M35 250 RS with Factory Aero Kit (Inc the wing!) M35 Bov?

Has anyone actually figured out if this is a BOV problem? I still have the exact same issue, and Im confident its something to do with the wastegate as you can hear it reverberate right through the exhaust. It literally sounds like its underneath you when driving. If you hold the throttle right when it happens you can make it fart as long as you want. I tried blocking my BOV and still had farts. To me it sounds like the wastegate isn't opening properly or shuddering. It only farts under medium load. If i floor it it cannot fart - its like it opens properly then, but if im building boost up a hill slowly it happens most of the time.... Surely if it was BOV it would still fart when I floor it. It would fart at the same boost level everytime? I want to fix this as it shits me!
  16. oooh cant wait to see how this comes along! sweet!
  17. Thanks for putting on a great event guys! had an awesome time and it was good to put faces to names! Cheers, Ben.
  18. Had Chris' GTR seats delivered to my warehouse today, so I was lucky enough to see them first - they are sooo nice, and honestly couldnt match better with Chris' current black leather interior. I will be interested to see the weight difference - I dont think it will be huge, and considering the support these offer and being fully electric its a worthy upgrade. I want his original leather seats though! they are mint! haha

    20's

without decent body work you cant run more than 9.5 +22 - even then you will need to roll the lips and stretch the tyres.
  20. They poke out a bit, but nothing too crazy, just gotta roll the lips on the rear and you are sweet. just stretch some 245 tyres
  21. haha chris wont let me post anymore pics until he gets some quality shots
  22. This weekend I helped Chris (Spoolin) re-set his suspension and fit some aggressive 19 x 9.5 +22 CE28 style wheels and tyres to his M35. It looks so tough! it did require some guard rolling, but the offset is pretty aggressive for an M35.
  23. wow! thats an awesome result! Well done mate! I cant imagine what 1000nm of torque feels like! Love the stealth look too - but damn those wheels are clean!
