  1. Two led lights mounted on top of the dash would work, thats what im doing with my haltech and racepak setup. Can also wire the fuel level sensor in through the haltech so it displays the level on the racepak dash.
  2. Why would you use a block of solid billet rather then just folding up some 2.5mm sheet?
  3. Usually an oil leak problem is from a seal or gasket leaking, catch can wont do SFA to stop that...
  4. yeah will look schmicko with all the fittings plumbed up, just wacked some random old hose i had laying around on it to see what it would look like.
  5. Better quality pics of the internals of the fuel cell and in car pics (Not quite finished yet, going to cop stainless bolts for the lid and custom brackets) Welding work is second to none! Looks unreal and it hasnt even been polished yet!

  9. Yeah when I drop my car off to ariel, ill get him to weld some dash fittings to the rocker covers then if you wanna take the rocker covers, exhaust manifold, dump and rear turbo housing, Craved, and throw some of your coatings on them that would work out good!
  10. Don't really know why you didnt wack a new timing belt and water pump on the motor yourself when you had the engine out, would have taken an hour max and is a peice of piss to do...
  11. Hai gaiz Selling my haltech ps2000 ecu with a rb20/25/26 patch loom and full gtr engine loom off. Bought the ecu and looms off KIL-351, who had it all running in his 500kw gtr before he parted it out to make way for some f**k off ridiculous engine and drive line. Ecu has his tune for 1600cc injectors, 26/30, big single etc etc. Patch loom has air temp wiring and what not, gtr loom is in great nick, plugs are unmelted and in good shape. Selling because im going to go full wire-in haltech into my 31, and its easier for me to sell both looms and ecu as a package and just buy a new ecu and wire in loom kit from haltech.   14. ^^ exactly. paying 5 grand to put a metal head gasket and a recod head on an rb20 is f**kin ridiculous
  15. Wow it had a 35/40 on it? Sounds like someone else really had no idea... Im just saying that saying it had $5000 worth of receipts and then not stating what work had been done to the motor is pretty useless, you just gave a vauge description and said it had a metal headgasket.
  16. $1000 dollars to remove an entire engine to replace a head? Why did the engine need to be pulled? $5000 to fit a reco head is ridiculous, especially for an rb20. And then sell it for $500. Definately sounds like someone got ripped.

  18. Hey guys, Building a 26/30 for my 31, going forged bottom end, etc. Does any one have a part number for CP forgies (preferable 8.2:1 comp ratio, +20 over bore) Everywhere i look they dont seem to show part numbers. Thanks! Joel
  19. The throttle plates are only about an inch thick so i doubt it will make much difference to the intake length. Im pretty sure shorter runners will give it more low down response, then ill just wack a generic 80mm ebay throttle body on the end. bobs your auntie.
