rbs13;Mate no one has sued anyone ,I am telling the truth,as far as trying to ruin their business ,I dont have to worry about that, because their own business ethics and other people who they have not done the right thing by who tell their mates,the problem will eventually solve itself!!!!!!

Mate I had a similar problem and tried most normal things,it turned out to be dirty AFM sensors,I dont know about yours but it certainly fixed mine. although I must say mine wasnt revving as fast as it does now also.Good luck.

It doesnt matter what site is involved if you are speaking the truth you should be consulted before such drastic measures are taken,also I never directly mentioned the name on the post and this company advertises every week to be SILVIA and SKYLINE experts so why wouldnt I post on the Skyline site as well? I personally have got great enjoyment from both sites up till now.

I have just been blocked from posting on the Silvia site because I brought to the attention of other members my unbelieveable experiences with a SILVIA AND SKYLINE expert at UNDERWOOD in BRISBANE.I had over 30 PM'S from members who had had similar problems with this company.My point is if the moderator was got at by this company surely I should have had the opportunity for my say as 100% of what I said was right and could have been backed up by the expert on the Coast who fixed many of the problems,if the company is a sponsor of the site surely it would be better to get rid of a dodgy sponsor rather than gag a member who is trying to warn fellow members and who had many fellow members with similar dramas to back up the post.

Thanks for all the comments I will pass them on and let him make the decision ,the noise only seems to be there between about 1500-2800 and remains the same hot or cold.

A mate of mine has a RB30 turbo the motor goes well doesnt blow smoke etc,but when the noise of the clutch fan stops you hear a noise when revving between 1500-2500 approx. a noise like a cross between big end rattle and noisy lifters,if you keep constant revs 2500 noise stays the same ,but on idle you cant hear anything ,motor sounds OK any ideas????

My son is selling his 1983 280ZX it is white with red interior,Targa tops, has CD player, Blitz computer,RB25 Turbo,3inch dump pipewith screamer ,HKS pod,plus other mods,it has 206RWKW,does 30 mpg ,looks like a nice clean Z ,but is a real SLEEPER,as I said has RB20DET motor and box.He wants $6900 for it which is great value when you consider the car ,it still has the Z rear end which is nearly bulletproof.If anyone is genuinely interested just PM me,Thanks a lot.We have moved to the GOLD COAST.

Today we tried an aftermarket computer on it off our mates car and it was driveable straight away , no flat spot ,he never gives his car stick when cold,but it shows that MR. NISSAN didnt want the car driven till warm,so its back on with the standard one and wait 3 MINS,thanks for the feedback.

Mates thanks for the feedback,looks like its reasonably common, although its frustrating when youre trying everything though and nothing seems to improve it,the thing goes like a scalded cat when warm, so it seems he will just have to warm it up first ,just like the first rotaries.

My son has a 280 ZX with a RB20DET in and it starts and idles perfectly,but as soon as you try to rev it it flat spots,but whenit is released it revs ,we have tried all we know AFM,TPS, air leaks,but it has us stuffed .After about 2-3 mins of idle its perfect for the day, any ideas?

x2shy I went to Queensland Raceway yesterday and used my skyline there you go i talked about cars. It rained which made it even more fun for drifting. Bah but then again you ppl want to whinge I wont waste my time any more on this subject. nuff said. By the way x2shy while we are on the matter of bad business' why dont you ask greygirl why do they promote a shop called SB performance but when ppl want wk done they cant do it and dont even give out an address for ppl to go and see their wk. My mate got stuffed around by greygirl for over a month trying to get wk done by them but to find out the shop doesnt exist. How is that GOOD business??

I thought this forum was to talk about nissan cars and how to have fun in them. Not talk crap about peoples personal lives. Everyone is owed $ from people some people are owed $5.00 some people $100000 who gives a s**t. Lots of people owe me $ thats life. If your dumb enough to work at a place and not get paid thats your problem. There is allways two sides to every story. We have heard yours, nobody has heard the shop you worked at story. Hello everyone I am only new on the forum. I have a grey R32 skyline with a RB20DET manual. It goes ok but like everyone else i would like it to go faster. I would like to do the mods myself but if anyone knows of a good shop where i can go and get some parts from or if anyone can help me out with idea's that would be good. I dont mind spending some money as long as i get results.
