i got it to work on 2 of my mates, 95 r33's but on my 93 it didnt work and ive read other 93's didnt work either. what year is your r33 if you don't mind me asking?

thanx for he advise on diagnostics, looks like this doesnt work on alot of early model r33's im guessing the ones that experience this issue very often.... it would be good if hicas diagnostic could be done from the ecu tiself (turning the little knob)... otherwise stop trying the steering wheel method it doesnt work with ours

Guys im selling my after market r33 s1 spoiler with the boot.. (not sure if boot fits s2) im hoping to get $300 for it , i will get pics soon. this is a 3 part spoiler, main spoiler plus 2 removable mini sections. alternatively i'm looking at swapping for LED tail lights (you'll get my tail lights too) on a side note if anyone has a r33 boot without spots for spoiler i would be interested in buying that. fuze is fine ... why would you assume its the cable? power steering works fine when car is on for first time, then looses power steering the moment you turn car off and on again without leaving it off for 30-40mins

hmmmm im pretty stuck, i dont mind the hicas light but would be good if we could stop it from disabling power steering.

thats weird we're having the same exact problem.... i went through a phase where i'd turn it off and on and itll be okay but it stuffs up again... have you got a turbo timer installed by any chance? im trying to find the problem and honestly dont know where to begin.

I've emailed them twice with no reply, are you sure these guys understand english? Either way specs or no specs from the japs, the car was running the mentioned above with safe a/fs.

ive had a look at ecu its all jap, so ive taken a picture and emailed it to them for translation.

ill get the details soon, in the meantime do you mind posting the link to that section of the sitE?

davo where is the serial number found? also could you advise how i can search the specs too for future reference?
