  1. +1 for hyperdrive. Andrew definitely a great tuner. one of the first in perth to start doing nistunes i think and does not do half ass tunes if they are busy... - that is complete bullshit.
  2. diff on the rear. cross member/radiator support front. just use common sense
  3. ^ profec b spec 2, relatively cheap and can hold boost pretty well
  4. there was a news article about cops cracking down on hoons using the tunnel as a racing highway. id imagine they would be waiting on the other side
  5. least u were honest about it and actually put effort into the post not just a "haha nice work"
  6. lol the rac driving centre have become abit stricter now i bet it has become a massive brag to his mates about how much of a crazy angle he was on and then stopped an inch away from a pole. hopefully he learnt from the mistake
  7. i doubt he would keep a record of everysingle person who buys stuff off him. id say it would only be for motors/cars you might just be better of getting new ones or finding another set of whatever your after
  8. its the rose joints in the adjustable arms that are not allowed i believe
  9. lol, do not make the mistake of buying an auto. unless you plan on never ever getting your manual licence. you will regret it eventually. i wouldnt be doing L learners test in a performance car anyway.. learn how to drive in a hatchback corolla or something, or whatever ur instructors have. the change from a manual car to a manual car is 0. only the power. which you will learn how to control in about a week if that. (id say more a day of driving) fair enough that theyre "less thrashed" but dont kid ur self, theyve all been thrashed at some point. you will more or less eventually replace the thrashed parts if your serious. but if you want to chagne ot manual, it will be sell and start again (sucks if you already started modding your auto) or do a manual conversion, which is like another 2k ontop unless ur doing it yourself..
  10. buy from a dealer if you want get ripped (most of the time) you can A. IMport them from an importer (probably more info on them in the consolidated workshop thread id say) B. buy it local - this means from papers, carsales, SAU forums, silviawa and other car forums are a good start. C. Interstate - but probs too much hassle for ya. if you dont know much about them, we rnt going to tell you about them, well im not going to. go look type r34 skyline into google or s15 silvia into wikipedia and do some research.
  11. How about Fibreglass?, same deal?
  12. Check that thread. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Co...hr-t191756.html I recommend Hyperdrive in Malaga
  13. Got stickered my self tonight Can anyone that KNOWS please shed light on these; Windscreen Facing Vented CF Bonnet, fibreglass front guards/fenders, adjustable coilovers, adjustable suspension arms. Also mismatched colour panels? IE if im going to replace my bonnet with a stock one, i may not be able to find the same/similar colour, will any colour be fine? Which pits did you goto brockdoe? and also blinky - probably avoid the one your getting smashed around
  14. wow.. the dvd is 15bux ya stinge will wait and see = the trailer. tells you whats going to be in it..
  15. would you say this cruise would be clutch breaking in friendly
  16. ^, ride height is from the lowest part of your car, which could be your exhaust or your diff etc etc. and do you mean the metal struts that go down infront of your rad support bar? most of the time, if theyve decided theyre going to give you a sticker, your going to get it. if you argue about something, theyll just find another reason why its unroadworthy..
  17. more or less some one that knew you had that stuff in the boot
  18. lol yellows are something u dont woohoo about And what he means by give a little, is that metal bends, where as carbonfibre shatters into sharp pieces hope its relatively stock, fair few people are getting slapped with emissions tests. good luck!
  19. as above, check the workshop thread.. maybe do abit of hunting around on the forums for 'recommended' sometimes its worth it to travel that extra distance for quality work. otherwise hyperdrive gets my vote: Hyperdrive Unit 1/28 Vale Street, Malaga Ph: 9209 3100
  20. lol thats alright of a price for fitted. mongaa does em for 565 for an sr.. so 200 fitting is pretty good with flywheel machining
  21. lol. do not buy anything from ebay. you will find alot of chiense fake junk unless its lights or junk which u dont need to rely on. always go directly to the seller on ebay (if they have a store, as some of them do)
  22. how long are u going away for? could just get a friend family to do it. remind them on the net/call em or payonline overseas..
  23. piece of piss, if you have the tools/knowledge to change brake pads. u should be right.
  24. havent personally experienced anything with them. but from the amount of stuff ive read about them, ONLY heard GOOD things about them.. the guys seems to know theyre shit, if you check hardtuned.net theyre actively on there. and most ppl id say would reccomend em
  25. i think its like 3 months, b4 they make you do an inspection? i let mine go on my daily for like 2months. and you just phone and make the payment. i wouldnt risk it tho, not liek your rego starts from the date of payment. internet payments stop working day after payment is due.
