yellow_vl

i have bought import 1991 32 from qld and having trouble with blue slip i have rang rta and they asked me how vehicle was imported (2006)(how on earth i should know? it was registred in qld and it has blue mod plate but aparently thats not valid in nsw so i reng rta Engineer and he asked about YELLOW plate??? i dont have yellow import apruval plate..nor original import papers and Engineer asking for yellow plate so what on earth should i do ?? end of the day it will be hard to pass big inspection as car has hks adjustable suspension exhoust and cooler perhaps few leaks so am i fuc#$^??

i bought vl tubo and owner claimed that box is off skyline. how do i know if its from skyline and is it turbo or n/a verion #$%^&*()(*&^5 thanks if u help indetify
