  1. wtb: 1 x tomei rb26 piston 87mm I have a set of tomei pistons, one is damaged I was wondering if anyone also has a set that has 1 more damaged and wanted to sell off a good piston to me to re-complete my set? I believe its 87mm but show me what you have anyways If i can't find one I will order via rhd japan Thanks!
  2. It was tuned to run an rb26 installed into an R33. Tune was for an ITS 60-1 turbo making 460hp using 600cc top feed rb26 injectors. I think it will run both s1 and s2 but I am not sure, I will remove the ecu soon, run the ecu part number and check it out.
  3. Wolf 3d v4 ECU Hi guys, I have a wolf 3d v4 in my r33 s2 which I no longer require, working perfectly fine. Asking $400 delivered anywhere in Aus. I will get some pics once I get around to removing it from my car.
  4. Thanks mate, I have added them on FB and found the adaptor kit! Pretty well priced. Haha I know where you are coming from, I used to own an R33 GT-R and I made the mistake of cleaning the TB's in the process of installing my PFC DJ ecu and was stuck with 1100rpm idle when I put it all back together. A bit of tomei throttle paint did the trick though. Honestly If I can get my hands on an itb set for around 300 bucks with the plenum, it makes it very feasible.

Need some input on my Neo build and ITB's Hi all, I have done a bit of reading but nothing quite definitive has come of it so I have a few questions to ask to the more experiences fellows out there. Long story short is.. I am wanting to build up a forged Neo motor on the side with rb26 itb's. I am in no rush as my current motor in my R34 GT-T is just fine (touch wood) so I do have time on my side and I will be doing all the work myself, i have built a few motors before but no rb's yet, this will be my first RB build. I am really liking the combo of solid head + vct + itb combo so I am trying to determine the most effective and sensible way of doing it. First question I have is.. Are R33 and R34 blocks the same? I have bought a mint R33 s2 short motor for really cheap which I plan to put 34 neo forged pistons and rods into, a long with a neo head. Is there any issue with this or are the blocks identical once pistons and rods are taken out of the equation? Second question, if i want to run ITB's, has anyone had success with an adaptor plate to fit rb26 itbs? Where are they sourced from these days? As for the turbo side of things, I am leaning towards a gtx3076 on ethanol but I will concentrate on that later.

  12. Long time no updates! Car has been running sweet for the past 6-7 months, however, my time with the car has now come to an end as it is now sold. It's getting picked up on Friday. The only good news i have is that the car is going to be featured in Perth street car magazine so keep an eye out for that Some pics from the photoshoot;
  13. there is something wrong there, rb25det neo valve clearance for stock cams are meant to be .20 on both sides i have done a poncam install on an r34 and all valves were 0.20 before i took the stock cams out (had to reshim to 0.40 or so as per tomei specs), it was a while ago but im fairly certain ! They have half the valve clearance of rb26's hence the lack of ticking like the rb26s
