    Switch wired through that plug will come in handy if you want to put it into 2wd. Lots of good work there! Amazing effort!

    You mean a shaft going forward from the transfer case to the front diff. No I don't think the drive from the gear box to the transfer case would hold up. The front shaft also is tiny compared to the rear drive shaft and the front diff too is a smaller unit than the rear.

    Get a 4 bar MAP sensor for a start.

    If its fine with the OEM inlet cam and not with the Tomei look very hard at the Tomei for damage - preferably with old and new side by side. Is the CAS drive piece the same on both (and undamaged)? See if uou can find numbers on the cam to confirm that they are a pair. can you install the cam 180 degrees out? If the Tomei Inlet cam is putting your compressions miles out something is very wrong.

    Don't know if you can get them where you are but Laurels and Cefiros are popular budget track cars over here.

    Cooling system won't increase power. An upgrade would be to put a stock DET radiator in there - it will be thicker than yours.

    Has it got the stock solenoid? Sure the Mines ecu is the only change? Lose the Mines ECU and get at least a Nistune chip instead.

    I looked at a bunch of Japanese mufflers and they all had restrictions smaller than the inlet and outlet sizes so ended up with a locally made muffler.

    Are there different cams for VCT and non VCT engines (i.e do you have the right ones)?

    Plenty of people making more than 300kw with unopened engine and stock gearbox. Is it "safe"? No telling - up to you if you want to take the risk but do a compression test and service. You willl as stated need a new clutch sooner rather than later.

    Tried dropping the exhaust? How much power was it making? Got a chart? What spring on the ebc?
