Pull the fuel line off the rail and hotwire the relay so the pump doesn't stop and measure how much it is actually pumping. FPR shouldn't be a factor at WOT unless its shagged. Sure your tuner knows what he is doing?

Mike at MV Automatics sends shift kits all around the world. Didn't realise your car was only 3 speed...thought it would be at least 4 speed. Contact Mike and see what he can do for you: http://www.mvautomatics.com.au/contact.html -

I got Nissan to import for me a few years ago was $300 for one then! -
Get on the internet/phone to cylinder head shops - email pics of the damage and see who volunteers to fix it . They will probably not make any promises until they have the head in their shop. Have you tried this one: Northside Cylinder Head Specialists Engine Reconditioning - Geebung, QLD Donâ™t Change Your Car - Change The Engine 17A Delta St, Geebung QLD 4034

If you have a manual sell it and buy an auto. There are probably lots of Skyline owners who would like to trade their autos for your manual. If you have an auto already the stock box is perfectly adequate and if it is tired you can get it recond and beefed up a little. -
Take it to a cylinder head specialist (or two ) and get an opinion and a quote. Neo heads are getting hard to find.

Brakes causing clearance issues.

I see from their website that they are cheap wheels (presumably cast) and come in a range of offsets but maybe you have a second hand set at a cheaper price. Anyway if they had an offset that took them away from the calipers they would stick out more from the guards. Maybe they are not the right design for your car. -
OK then you should probably have a read of say the last third of this thread as well:

Go to the forced induction section and read through the latter part of the RB25 turbo upgrade section - some people put a fair bit of detail in the description of their engines (some less so). If you are going to the expense of forged components then you should plan to fully balance the whole rotating assembly. Aim for better than 9:1 compression. I would get a Tomei metal gasket simply because they can be reused in the event that your head has to come off again. Is it a street car or do you plan to track or drag race it?

Looks like half inch but surely you have a ruler or tape measure? -
If you want to risk your life by driving on the edge get onto a race track and go for it. Street racing can, and has more than once, result in death and injury to innocent members of the public (or brainless passengers).

Gidday - go to the Stagea section (headed "Wagoneers") and have a read of the summary of the M35 uber thread. That will give you a good background to work from.

Don't know about Aus but in NZ you can put rego on hold (no cost) when the car is off the road and just resume when its ready to go.

That could be because they open themselves up to being liable if the wheels turn out to be unsafe - which they may not be -depending on the design and construction.

Get a multimeter and test. Probably a battery shop will test for you for free. -
You're not going to get any more power out of changing your airbox for a pod filter - potentially you'll get less if you don't enclose it but exhaust improvements may show a slight benefit immediately. As above no tune required and if you have a stock ecu no tune possible anyway.

BTW do some googling and see at what point people start groutfilling their blocks...
