  1. Do you still have this car for sale? My sone is after something different.
  2. Sadly, after spending so much time and money putting in the quality bits, the kids bought cars and I now have 5 in the yard. If anyone is after a good M35. Here is the link: http://www.carpoint.com.au/all-cars/privat....aspx?R=8600708 Very sad - and my wife is NOT happy m
  3. Any updates post the last Sydney get together? PM me if you are shy MM
  4. I rang SAS today to get an update - they had my car there for a week doing development work almost a year ago, but held off pending availability of the replacement ECU. Latest advice is they are waiting for us. - apparently there is a good number of M35s waiting to be tuned once the process is proven. Is there anything I can do to progress this exercise. m
  5. Did they provide before and after dyno figures perchance? MM

    M35 Info

I saw Bis XXB at Hornsby Nissan today - front disks off. That power duct is very tiny for a lot of money. Please let us know if you can feel any difference in performance, and how the service went in general. My car is now due for a 60k service, and I can walk to HN. mm
  7. I'm going to Brisbane in a couple of weeks. Could you please find out which wreckers have the front cuts and get their names and possibly addresses? I would like to see what other parts they might have - boost guage, wood trim, driving lights etc MM
  8. Super AFC will not work. I had mine at Unique for a day, and they could not get it to work with the onboard computer. And yes, they know what they are doing, they put a SAFC on 300zxtt years ago and that works fine. m
  9. As mentioned in my other post - North Shore Prestige has my blue "Bilstein" springs. Too low for me, but if you really want the look - ring Ben m
  10. As suggested in another post, I put in the "bilstein" kit - shocks and springs. I'ld say 1.5" lower North Shore prestige did the job. The blue springs They still have my "Bilstein" springs over there on consignment. The new ones are yellow. Back to the sunroofs - check the m35 vs the older models - Tanfles has an earlier model - they may be different?????
  11. If you are 6'2, sit in a car with sunroofs first. I'm way less that 6' and my hair touches the roof. Haven't heard of a TRX. RX? The ARX has all of the features and then some more, but I changed my suspension as soon as I got it. (See sydneykid posts on this topic) Ride height can be an issue with such a long car scraping on ramps and speed humps. I had mine lowered and couldn't use it as a daily driver, so raised it again.
  12. Taking it easy does not seem to make much difference. I get around 500k out of a tank - town or trip. They run rich and need aftermarket tuning to get the best economy and performance. I'm waiting on a tuner to give the final go ahead to do mine.

    Stepping Up

http://www.themotorreport.com.au/wp-conten...ed-sedan_02.jpg Yeah I know, they are saying they canned it. Reminds me of the new Maserati 4 door. To be honest, I would prefer it in a convertible. m
