  1. Can anyone confirm if my setup will work with the above layout?? (See 1st post)
  2. Also thinking about something like this: https://www.jbhifi.com.au/gps-car-audio/sony/sony-xsn1620-full-range-component-speakers/534981/ Remember this is a budget build.
  3. I can wire the power without it being an issue but my question is more over sound quality - surely it cant be this simple right? Any need to DACs or pre-processing units (i don't know what they are, just words from my research!)
  4. Hi Guys, So I inherited a stripped out R32 GTT so I'm looking to get a simple music setup going (No HU present and No harness!) Basically, I would like Nexus 7 > 3.5mm to RCA converter > Amplifier(small) > 2x front door Speakers I have tried looking everywhere for this setup but finding inconclusive information. Can anyone point me in this direction with setup method or products? I don't want the best sound possible - just something decent enough (OEM spec) THANKS!
  5. Awesome work!…Although I do have a question….In person is it really glossy like paint? Don't know if its the pics but its coming off as if a paint job with really bad orange peel?
  6. Hi Guys, Yep I just turned off the VDC for about 10-15 mins and then turned it back on. Everything was fine after that. Thanks for the help!
  7. Yeh I thought about that but I'm 100% sure they were on the correct ends. Actually not long at all, maybe only 2-3 mins then back into the shop to get them changed back. How did you drive 20mins? It hardly let me accelerate?.....It seemed ok when I turned it off (VDC).
  8. Nothing in that section, not having much luck searching in the forum either.
  9. Hi guys, Here is an interesting one. I had the original spec wheels 225/45/18 & 245/45/18 on the before I upgraded them to a 19inch set-up (245/35/19 & 275/35/19). Recently I got a small cosmetic bend on the outer lip of the 19s and decided to put back my stock wheels. Stock wheels go back on, and the traction control doesn't let the car accelerate and the SLIP light comes on. Car wont go more then 60-ish no matter how much the throttle is pressed. If I turn the traction control OFF, it is OK but I wasn't totally satisfied and went back to the 19s. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to rectify it? p.s. I had no issues when going to the 19inch wheels.
  10. Seems like whichever kit is used the problem will return eventually. How about: 1 - Wet sand/polish 2 - spray with a clear coat I don't see a downside with this?....Sure you would have to do a lot of masking but isn't it fairly permanent?
  11. Hahah, hold tight there will be some Nissan love coming. If you look hard enough in the interview shots you can see a V35 in the background :-p Umm...okay? :-) Thanks so much! and yes Wheeler Dealers are the best! Thanks bro, will definitely hit you up sometime!
  12. Lol, come on mate, watch it! :-P. I'll be doing my V35 soon and a mates Stagea. Eventually will branch out more. Thanks Sarumatix!
  13. Hi Guys, We made a short video that will be featured on our upcoming blog titled "Cars Food and Stuff". We wanted to interview people and their cars for their story so we started with one of mine! Its not perfect, but its a start. Please view it and share it (constructive comments are welcome in the forum). We really want to get this out there! Thanks so much!
  14. What kind of seats does it have?…if leather then how much?…Also how much for the brakes?
  15. Need a RHS door mirror. Came back one day and noticed the black housing (part attached to the door/window) was cracked and mirror was hanging on its side :-( need to get the sorted ASAP. Epoxy and duct tape isn't holding very well. Im located in Sydney btw.
