A LAMBORGHINI car has crashed into a bus stop in Melbourne's north-east. The $250,000 Gallardo hit a bus stop on Heidelberg Rd, near Como St, Alphington, just before 9am. It is not known whether anyone was in the bus stop. Police say there were no injuries. Officers were seen talking to a male driver at the scene. The bus stop was badly damaged. I have been dealing with real estate agents for a good portion of the last 10 years buying propety, and only a couple were 'OK' out of the dozens that were sleazy lying pricks. I have too many stories I care to share but at the moment what shits me is the under quoting of auctions. Last 2 auctions I went to were advertised as $270-$290k and $330-$360k and sold for $342k and $416k respectively!! About $50k over the advertised price!!! Honest mistake??? LOL My mates who are also in the property market and I are so fed up with this we are now starting to dob these scenarious in to the relevant bodies. Not that it will help much probably but anyway..

one of my last tenant's contract finished xmas but my agent held onto her bond until we agreed on how to fix/replace the bedroom carpet she burnt. It was around march she got part of her bond back and I got my money for the burnt carpet. i have been investing in a number of properties for some years, i dont know however if there is a time limit as such.

just need to use the right paint (paint shops will help with this) and do the prep work (cleaning with right solvent, etc) and take time with even coats.. but if you want it done professionally i would call around upholsterers/interior places rather than panel shops.
