  1. silver 34 4 door with sau sticker on the side driving down the M1 at quarter to 8 this morning.
  2. Majority of people I spoke to during the day, including a few local tuners that dropped around were quite impressed with the variety of cars that turned up. I wouldnt say the dyno numbers were bad, I think people turn up to see rediculously high numbers appart from cars like the twin turbo vk that made around 460hp or so, but the response was insane. I think your never going to impress everyone or you cant always make everyone. But i think anyone that went there with an opened mind and enjoyed watching cars both stock to powerful displaying the time and effort there owners put into them would have enjoyed the day. There were plenty of cars that had problems, for god sake I threw my car up there with compressor surge and running low boost and pulled some terrible number but it was nice to be part of such a nice group of cars and from the people I met, some really friendly blokes.
  3. great day, thnx to all who did make it. Hopefully we get more sau down there next time around. Some unreal cars showed up, see if we can get some photos up whitey.

  8. Well im useing turbosmart fuel reg, siemens 550cc injectors which are a straight fit and no custom fuel rail needed etc. But I believe I have herd the standard fuel reg is fine for those power figures... I may be wrong.
  9. here you go guys. Sorry for the late posts.
  10. if i was you mate, id be looking at a silvia. First of all, if your looking later down the track and placing a turbo engine into the car you buy, there are a million and one choices for engines in a silvia. I own an r34 GTT and at your age you will quickly realise parts for them arnt as easy to come by if you happen to wreck a panel. Your still looking at around 13,000 for a low kilometer good condition NA 34, and turning the car into a GTR look alike will cost you a fortune, money that could be saved and spent on putting that engine you want into the car. Engine transplants that have been done on silvias: 1jz 2jz rb20 rb25 rb26 1uzfe vg30det and the list goes on. And why do you want an rb26? As bad as im going to get flamed for saying this, at a younger age you will quickly find out there are tougher/cheaper and stronger standard engines out there than an rb26. And for someone thats interested in drifting you yourself would know that there are many people out there running sr20's in there skylines for drifting. If I was in your position, id be buying an s14/s13 even a cefiro, getting all your suspension and handling/wheels etc type mods done while your on your l's and p's. Then when your on your opens if u want to do an engine transplant look at putting a 2j under the hood. Anyways thats just my 2cents.
