I can answer this a bit, any colour you can buy a bulb in.............. They have two rubber plugs in the back that cover access to the two bulbs 180' apart, at 3 and 9 o'clock. You buy a red bulb and fit it, and presto red light.

I could put that middle one in my boot, help with the traction at drags.

No, it is the finish. It is an imitation vinyl finish, sort of like on your dash, that dimpled type of texture. All you have to do is check yor mounting postion, cut the holes out for your gauges, and paint it the colour of your choice. A really simple job [i just did it with another one on my 'line]. You'll probably need a hole saw and a small grinding wheel to cut the holes out, and a can of vinyl spray paint. You may need either screws, double sided tape, or urethane [Wurths make a bloody good one that sets and holds well, used it heaps for veilside type kits].

To the left of the dash cluster, on the dash and back off the edge by about 2.5 cm. The rolled up lip actually mates up with the hump of the gauge cluster.

water temp sensor, wiring and radiator hose $50 20% to SAU I'll chuck in the old oil temp gauge, it is likely repairable. Sorry blew my oil temp gauge on the weekend, so I have used my water temp gauge [they are the same gauge, only the sensors are different].

Just got a quote from lintott, the whole map pocket comes as a complete unit, $460. Guess i won't be buying a new one [i only want the four little plastic clips].

They are white plastic with two wings that fold out once pushed home. There are four of them, one on each corner of the masonite board.

Just a thought, hows your alternator, deadish battery [hasn't been charging], nil charge, motor barely able to make enough spark???? It would run pretty rough down low, not real good higher up, try turning your lights on at idle and see if it kills the motor??

Found a defect notice [i think, something to do with the ds tyre, thats where it was red stamped], a passport pic of the ??previous owner??, and a heap of fuel dockets. Been tempted to contact the owner, the defect notice has a name, licence info and address on it. Knowing your original mileage and how much circuit racing the car has done would be handy to know, although it'd probably make me cry if I knew the 'real' truth. No geisha's, no yen, no drugs, no bullet holes, no yakuza

Do you have [or can you get] a dash gauge pod for 4 X Greddy 58mm gauges. I'd settle for a 3 if I had to............. I've got the gauges, they've been wired in, i'm just missing the pod, the one that 'extends' off the gauge cluster hump on the dash.
