Yes. I don't have the box it came in because I brought the ECU through JEM. Iv'e got the usb cable,resourse cd and a little pamphlet (Quick start guide) that came with it. So YES,everything besides the box

As title states,selling my haltech platinum pro plug-in ecu for nissan r32/33.. Has been running in my car for about 1.5 years now. I'm stripping an R33 4door,mainly the interior,but maybe some body parts also. Its a 1994 model,but think its a series 1.5,as it doesn't have series one lights,and they are slightly different to the series 2. It does run a series 2 front bar tho. Anyway,all interior bits up for grabs,starting from $5-$50... Auto gearbox for sale also,has been upgraded/shift kitted?,what ever they do to autos to make them change harder and faster.. $450ono Modded Front knuckles,get great lock $400ono Just hit me up with what you want and ill try and get back to you within a day with a price and if still available.
