  9. Dave: Sorry, one last question: can you get the "Nismo GT Titanium Shift Knob" (looks like this: http://www.japanparts.com/Pic/pic122/004-009.htm)? Cheers, Lucien.
  10. Hmm.. So what's the deal with actually fitting shift knobs: are they universal or do individual makers have different attachment methods/threads/etc? LW
  11. Yeah, I have been considering one from Dave's group buy, but they are a bit thinner at the top than the S2000, and more squared off. LW.
  12. I posted this on SDU, but here we go again Do you know which model the Fujitsubo is? LW.
  13. Cheers Dave. Does it come with a 5-gear pattern too for R32/R33 GT-Rs? LW.
  14. LOL... if I had an endless bank account, I would At this stage I am considering the Momo Race and Race 'S', but they are both ball types, which I am not positive I like. Momo Race Momo Race 'S': I was also looking at getting one or the nismo knobs from Dave's group buy, but they seem quite slim and lone. What I really want is a hybrid, like the S2000, that is long enough so your don't feel you holding a tennis ball or space invaders joystick, but also rounded and bulbus towards the top so you can use your palm: LW.
  15. Dave: which is the titanium gear knob? LW.
  16. Hi All, Considering purchasing a new shift knob for the R32 GT-R as the OEM one looks cheap, nasty... and frankly a bit "arse" (that's a technical term ). Anyway, what aftermarket shift knobs are people using, and how do they rate them? I also liked the look and feel of the S2000 knob: anyone know if the fitment is the same as on a 'line? LW.
  17. D1 Special has green text rather than red. LW.
  18. Tempe Tyres is too: never used them though so don't know what their service is like. LW.
  19. Personally I don't like them, and every second falcadore has ROH wheels, but if you like them, that's all that matter LW.
  20. Any R33 GT-R Series 3 boxes? LW.
  21. I have nothing but praise for Geoff @ Prestige. He was a great help throughout the purchase of my car, and while I don't recieve it until later this year, I am fully confident that it will be as discribed. Frankly, I don't think you could go wrong with either Prestige or J-spec: they are popular for a reason Oh, and hands off FunkyMonkey, he's a top bloke LW.
  22. http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2004/05/23/...5250864321.html Was bound for Germany. God only knows why any German would want a Korean car considering their domestic producers. LW.
  23. Read this in today's Drive and immediately thought it might have some poor SAU member's car. Hope it was bound for the Uk... LW.
