On the last page of the CAMS forms down the bottom is where you send it, and just get a money order from the post office to send with it or a cheque.

Im pretty sure you have to be a paying member of SAUsa to get the CAMS licence mate. And you post the forms off to CAMS direct. Edit: But i think you can get a days licence without being a member, not too sure And in news, i recieved my CAMS licence in the mail yesterday, they were pretty quick with it.
