  1. My headlight is also farked - no way to fix it so I need to buy a new one with very little success... T.
  2. Everyone tends to love the OEM r34 GT-R rims... But as a stopgap, maybe 18" rears, 17" fronts? Look mad esp. in Japanese brands like the Volks, Advans etc. T.
  3. I have the whiteline pineapples, set to drift. I really don't have any idea but they seem ok but it still tramps a little. T.
  4. wtf? they can't change the rules half way thru because it doesn't suit them??? Can they? T.
  5. Yeah I'm IN! Even if it's wet like today... T.
  6. Because the holes are bigger... I strongly doublt the rb25det is 250kg all up. The car is only 1,270kg in NA format! 1,380kg in GTS-t format. T.
  7. There's four bolts on mine + a single central bolt holding it to the bar support. T.
  8. Sports Car GT - the only game that combines JTGC cars, Bathurst, Laguna Seca and Nurburgring! To race Skylines at Bathurst and the 'Ring. What else do you need??? MOO was THE strategy game. Any of the Rainbow Six shooters like Rogue Spear. T.
  9. Yeah but that assumes your engine and BOV are in perfect running order. I would imagine there would be a number of incidences where a sick engine/turbo can spew noxious gases out of the BOV. Also would a venting BOV make the engine run rich? Changing these circumstances would increase noxious emissions? T.
  10. Ok then, see yas at 6c - 4pm! Maybe 15 mins to FF. T.
  11. Look at the colour. Does it look the same coming out as it did going in? It should be right but it does not inspire confidence... T.
  12. Prob. the original seat belt sockets. Mine has two. '95 but I have aftermarket recaros??? T.
  13. Mine pops on over-run and I use a FC! I dun care, it only does it sporadically. T.
  14. HKS hyper adj. susp. and whiteline pineapples in da back. Car launches good now. T.
  15. I have Mobil 1 something in my car right now... won't be using it again (if I can help it) as it tended to 'go off' rather quickly. The Castrol GTX in there before was all right for ages. T.
  16. These also never had intercoolers... at all. This tells you that they were early 'not really high performance' turbo cars. T.
  17. George, Which one did you go with? T.
  18. The sticker on the back Seriously, the rear diff should have a finned cover, not smooth. What's wrong with a R32 GT-R V-Spec? T.
  19. Dave hits it right there. Most people can react to understeer without any knowledge - LIGHT braking and ease off the power. However many people can react to oversteer? Steer opposite to what you instinctively KNOW and keep the power down? This amplified by FWD cars that have savage lift-off oversteer properties. This is for people who have no training other than what they learn from their mums and dads... The 'new tyres on the back' is the advice given to people who have say 50% tyres but can only afford two new tyres. T.
  20. The only problem with the 2JZ is that it's in a Supra. Sticking one in a Chaser or any Aristo chassis car or even a Soarer would be the go. T.
  21. Well for you guys oversteer is probably good. But for Joe and Jane Average in their VX Executive? I'm not talking sticking bald on the front and new on the back. I doubt your average tyre joint is that dumb but I could well be wrong on that assessment... T.
  22. This is full of bull. Fact one - best tyres should be at the back ALWAYS. Promotes understeer not oversteer. Fact two - different sized f/r wheels should NOT be rotated. T.
  23. I hate to say anything bad about any product... but since this is such a contentious issue and this guy is not the first the re-iterate this point... Do a search for "Trust" in this forum. See what you get. While other people complain about HKS turbo pricing, they rarely complain about build and design. The disclaimer is that many people use Trust and are happy but that mustn't blind one to the people who have problems. T.
