  1. Does anyone have a pic of a R33 GTS-t with a 400r kit? I've been thinking about skirts and bar but I need to see it first. T.
  2. If you are detonating, you check engine light will be flashing quite furiously. T.
  3. Try ABBA. Dancing Queen. The cops leave you alone. T.
  4. High 12's for ALL stock GT-R's. T.
  5. I think they went out of their way to avoid showing Skylines and other Nissan imports. T.
  6. 28mpg is about 10litres/100km. 14mog is about 20litres/100km. Unfortunately I'm mostly imperial. T.
  7. Mine is probably about the same. Prob. not 20 but 16-18 and it's all pretty much driver induced, not the car. I'm sure if I kept it under 3,000rpm it would be fine. T.
  8. AFAIK the AVC-R has two settings (Monitor A and B) only, others like the Blitz SBC have FOUR. The AVC-R is ok, accurate, holds the boost, has lots of fancy functions but is pricey and ricey T.
  9. Well this sux. I have ordered a HKS GT2540 to alleviate this 'problem' I'm having... T.
  10. Good good v.good. My mind was starting to wander a bit towards the end. You were all playing games like 'catch the leader', 'lose the guy behind'? I had a great time on the road even though I got passed by Miz 33 on the straight... at well past 140km/h... on a wet road But I passed that red Lancer with the exhaust full open! T.
  11. Bel Performance??? T.
  12. Yeah well I notice that most people drove like it was bone dry... Not naming names T.
  13. The chances of getting a V-Spec for around $40k locally are quite slim. I remember seeing a V-Spec R34 for $75k and you know there must be something odd about a car that 'cheap'. There are lots of 32 GT-R's in the $30k range but you know they aren't V-Specs. Yours is. Some people would rather prefer an imperfect V-Spec than a perfect plain GT-R. T.
  14. Oh this cop was a kuntbag. He says that only cars that came out of the factory with the offset plate is non defectable like the Alfa 156. Mine just had thin bent metal straps that bolted to the bottom of the bar opening. I use white slimlines now so it doesn't impact on my FMIC. T.
  15. Malpassi are popular but not good. I've been recommened a Japanese brand regulator ("Apex?") which looked like a little stainless steel pump type thing but it's not something I have to do just yet. T.
  16. This is a defect btw. I got a warning for it before I got mine centre mounted. T.
  17. So what Gt-R boy You're in the right car for it. If you drive down from Paddy's Markets towards the Sutherland Shire, you should hit Wiley Park, Punchbowl. BK is on the left at the servo just after the Park. Can't miss it. T.
  18. There's not a broker on the planet that would do that. T.
  19. What kinda arsehole hits you and then puts down more power to grind you into the gutter? I can imagine what kind of taxi driver this guy is. T.
  20. I have a craving for dead m00... Another steaky type place? T.
  21. BK Cumberland Hwy/Orange Grove Rd. Liverpool? Do I go or do I sit on my fat arse on SAU? T.
  22. Jim, I'm thinking about going to Terrey Hills now. Call me and then PM me with your address if you wanna pickup tomorrow morning. T.
  23. Prob. because 7:30am is very damn early on a Sunday morning! T.
  24. You can have the bonnet hinges raised'drift style' so that the hot air goes out of the sides and back. Or get a vented carbon bonnet. T.
  25. You should have a got an inspection sheet before you agreed to buy the car. Even then you assume the people who ship the car over leave it alone. Stuff stolen from the car on the ship/dock is common. Just fix the stuff that is broken. You did save a lot of money over the cost of a similar car from a local dealer. T.
