  1. Here in the northern ireland the stupid annual mot rules state that the speedometer must show both kmh and mph. NI road speeds are in mph and Ireland is in kmh. I've had to fit G35 clusters to 2 v35s. Both worked fine, the only differences are that you lose the sidelight warning lamp and the cluster backlight doesn't dim with the clock display. G35s have a manual dimmer for dash lighting. I'm sure there's a work round on the backlight somewhere but it hasn't annoyed me in 6 years

  3. Evening all. Anyone got a pair of late model sedan headlights available?
  4. The mirror button should automatically fold the mirrors in when the ignition is switched off. I had a 350Z import with same button. Switch it on (button in) and when you turn off the ignition hey presto! The switch is a bit light and they break quite easily so if it doesn't latch in then it won't work. Jaycar do an identical switch without the logo if it's broken.
  5. If it's the ones next to the pedals you'll need sub-mini blade fuses. They're different to the fuses behind the battery
  6. I had a similar annoying creak, would always appear at speed during/after a long run. Read all the TSB's and nothing worked. Turned out that the bolts holding the trunk lid on were slightly loose ca. 1/2 turn each with a spanner. I also adjusted the little bump stops at the back of the hinges as well 1/4 out and it seems to have solved the problem.
  7. I've been thinking about bringing a Fuga into the UK for a while for the same reason, that V8 rumble. Main problem is exchange rate. Bought my v35 at 210 yen to sterling. It's 142 today Chris
  8. No Difference at all, Nissan dropped the 2-tone look in 2005. If you pick up a set of earlier ones all you need to do is paint them
  9. I'd go Michelin every time, superb in the wet. I've just put 4 on my car - not cheap but certainly the best mileage and they're slightly quieter than the OE Bridgestones that came on it from Japan
  10. Here she is, pretty stock but a very nice car don't you think????

  12. Wife thinks it looks like a VW Passat! (I drive a 4-door) Stopped in a petrol station the other day, when paying the guy insisted that I was driving a Lexus. Had to pull him outside and set the record straight
