Sorry for the noob question but what exactly do you mean by bigger? as in the size of the strap?

Sorry i assumed people would know what normal voltage readings is if they knew about what i was talking about lol. The voltage reading is around 13.90v-14.30v on idle no load with load 14.11v - 1370v with headlights on only it idles about the same but when revving the engine it drops too around 12.38v. Probably is the alternator thanks for the quick response.

Issue with alternator/headlights So my r32 gtst is having this problem where my car batteries would die the next day so i changed the car batteries 3 times and the problem persist. I figured maybe it was my alternator so i got a multi-meter and tested it the numbers coming in were in the normal ranges. I tried all the load test and they came back normal but the one thing i noticed was when i had my headlights on and i revved the car the voltages would drop on the meter down to not so normal ranges around 12 volts. On idle everything is normal but when i rev up the car around 1500-2000 it goes down only when headlights are on any idea what could be the problem?

When i push down on the accelerator and it just doesnt gain speed. It doesnt have to be a big hill either even on a road that has a slight hill it still struggles.

Hey having this problem, when driving the car cold it seems to drive normal but when the cars warm etc it feels really sluggish especially in gear 1 and 2. Is this signs of a slipping clutch? also my thrust bearing is quite noisy and it seems to struggle abit going up small hills.

I have this exact same problem some days it struggles to start some days it starts fine.

Looking for an air box.

When im driving around my car is fine but if i switch on my headlights fully about 5 seconds later my car will just cut out, the rpm would drop to 0 and it will just stall or lose power and suddenly kick up again by itself. I've checked the voltage of the alternator and battery all is fine. Anyone have any clue to what's causing this?

It's been about a week and a half now since i've last drove it. I can't clutch start it, does not turn over just ticks/rattles and yes i do have a imobiliser.

Well there isnt any fuel leaking at all i still have neally a full tank. The last time i drove it was only for 5mins and nothing sounded like it broke or anything and i didnt drive my car for a week after that then i tried starting the car up and it wont start just makes a fast rattling noise and if i keep trying to start it the rattle gets weaker and weaker.

When i tried to start my car it made a loud rattle noise and just wont start the noise is comming from the engine bay. Anyone had this problem before?

I had the exact same problem on my R32. I got a new fuel pump and it fixed the problem.
