  1. Do a search on facebook marketplace for V35 wheels. should be able to find some cheap ones to get it on the road
  2. Looks better, has better safety features and android auto/carplay. Sounds better to me
  3. This is an Ozzie version I've been wanting to get one for a long time but just haven't committed yet
  4. Is your SATNAV on giving instructions that turn the music off?
  5. Just a guess, maybe the lever that is connected to the float was bent when cleaning. So now it lifts too high??
  6. I have 2 OME remote start keys for my Q60. I've asked 2 key cutting programing guys, one said no they can't the other said "maybe, I could give it a try". I didn't want to waste time and money on a maybe just to have 4 normal keys (but the more i think about maybe is worth a go). I also asked INFINITI in Perth (BMW Auto Classic) they said they where not aloud. Our cars have the remote start installed and ready to go. We just need the key fobs and the programing Also you can't just do a key copy to a key that has remote start buttons. you wont get the remote start to work
  7. Im in the same boat. I'm trying to get my remote start FOB programed but they say they are "not aloud" to do it
  8. Found this on nicoclub.com. There is more to the problem in this forum https://forums.nicoclub.com/p1130-swirl-control-valve-solenoid-valve-t578113.html P1130, Swirl Control Valve Solenoid Valve--fixed Postby Carlsbad » Mon Jul 15, 2013 9:08 pm I took it to Pepboys and the lady said "P1140". Thus my thread on P1140 elsewhere. I got my reader back and it was P1130, Swirl Control Valve. Glad I didn't buy the Cam Position Sensors. This valve sits right up on top of the engine but some reading told me that it is sensitive to a lot of inputs. I had just replaced the spark plugs and the idling improved greatly and I thought maybe it just needed to remap to the new idle conditions. I reset the code but it came back in about 150 miles later. Next some reading told me to blow out the vacuum lines with air--they get clogged up. I thought that was very unlikely but free so I pulled the first one off and tried to blow through it with my mouth and was greatly surprised. No flow. Same with the 2nd long one. The short ones weren't so bad. I blew them out and put them back on and so far 300+ miles, no SES light, and gas mileage the first tankful seems to be 2-3 mpg improved. I'll post further updates if anything changes but blowing out the vacuum lines is free and if it really gets you 2 mpg, everyone should do it whether they have the code or not. --Jerry
  9. yeah. Maybe my memory of my car is wrong. I did have 2011 V36 SP, maybe in the newer model it had them.
  10. I never had this problem in mine. What about using the seat position buttons? Don't they remember steering wheel and mirror positions? It's not a fix but im thinking you could just press the memory button to return it to your preset position
  11. https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/kadink-coloured-transparent-sheets-76cm-x-1m-assorted-5-pack-showk0100 😁 But it wouldn't last and it would go pink in a week or 2
  12. http://www.l8ter.com/?p=178 If you're keen you can fix it yourself
  13. See if the noise goes away when you turn the AC off. My mate was sure it was the timing chain on her 350Z but one day she turned her AC off and the noise was gone. Only make that awful noise when the AC was on. I assume clutch plate on the AC was the problem. Not the timing chain. So she sold the car in winter. Rude as.
  14. I order mine from the states many years ago and when i got them they where to big. 👎 Got them machined down to fit in the end. Painful ordeal 😵 Best to get your measured because there are a few different sizes. Even the info on old threads in this forum are conflicting too.
  15. You'll find lots from the the US on ebay but they are for left hand drive cars and the headlights will blind on coming cars. So avoid them. Check some of the wreckers in your area
  16. I feel sorry for ya. All that back and forth 😬 I would have tried a few times then paid someone else to do it 🤦‍♂️
  17. Try a search on youtube for a DIY repair / replacement. should be able to get a video showing you how
